We are so sorry we chose Beauchamps. Do not be mislead by their advertising and sales tactics. Please trust me when I say to stay with the smaller shops who do a good job at a reasonable price, like McIntyre's Soft Water Service or Wolverine Water Treatment. They've both been around for 40 years with the original owners still working there. They will take their time, not be in a hurry, and explain everything to you. Beauchamps installation people are untrustworthy, sloppy, do a poor job, and leave the house a mess. The sale person said they have 'master plumbers'. The installation person laughed when I mentioned that to him. He said he wish he was a master plumber. Beauchamps has to hire pretty much anywho they can get to get the job done as quickly as they can and hope customer standards are low. They will always be rushed, in a hurry, and learning as they go. They have NO pride in their work. For that, your installation will be sloppy and compromised ! Sales talk a good a talk but you don't see the full picture until installation shows up. Then it's too late. Goto any location and see if you like what you see. The people you will have to deal with when something goes wrong. Think about it and don't be in a hurry to buy. It's a big investment. Don't go for the modern store look as it's all show. Go for those that are honest and will be there for you when something goes wrong. I wouldn't recommend this company. We did a complete home renovation. Our contractor hired them to install a water softener and reverse osmosis system. The bulk of the installation was done before the renovation was complete and we had not yet moved in. When we did move in, our contractor told us to go and purchase a RO faucet for the kitchen sink, so I went to their location and purchased one for about $100. While I was there they kept asking two questions: (several different people behind the desk were chiming in) "Why do we have to go out there a second time?" Answer: because our kitchen sink and refrigerator weren't installed when you first came out) And "Didn't we give you a faucet when we installed the system?" (Answer: I haven't seen one and our contractor asked me to come buy one...did you provide one? They didn't say for sure and seemed confused) I didn't think too much of it. Until the installer came out to hook up the RO to our new sink and fridge. Again...we hear the complaint..."Whyyy wasn't this hooked up when we installed the system?" (Umm because you can't install a faucet where there's no sink--look, If you don't want the business of installing new systems where you have to come back a second time, just let us know and we'll use someone else.) When the installer left, my husband noticed he left with a box in his hand that we quickly realized was the ORIGINAL faucet that came with the reverse osmosis system. My husband said "I'd seen that box downstairs but didn't realize it was the faucet since the box was so small" We didn't get a refund for it. The installer didn't tell us, "since you purchased one, I'll take this back to the store and make sure you get credit for it." And he certainly didn't offer to leave it with us in case we wanted it. We paid for that in the original install costs! He had a terrible attitude about having to come out a second time (which they knew about when they accepted the job) and to top it off our RO system hasn't worked right since it was installed. My brother in law noticed and said he'd come back over and fix it. Brand new systems. Thousands of dollars paid and you get an attitude and shoddy work. Oh and they said he'd test the water when he was done. He didn't. No thanks. read more

I recently started purchasing bottled water for my hot/cold water dispenser at home. I found Beauchamp online and gave them a try. They offer pick up or delivery of 5gal bottles. The pick up is super easy. After establishing an account, I can call ahead and pay for my water in advance. Then all I have to do is drive there and back up to the water, let them know I've arrived, then hit the button to open my rear hatch, and they load the bottles into my car for me. I am so satisfied with their service, but most importantly the taste of their water. In the winter I will probably try their delivery service. It only costs $2.50 more per bottle. You can't beat the price, the convenience or the quality. I give Beauchamp 2 thumbs up! read more

This was an emergency installation for our old water softener flooded our basement several times. The water treatment company we currently use were closed but prior to their shutdown they quoted us a higher price. This company was able to service our needs coming during a challenging time. This summer was the worst as far as home ownership! ac died when temps were in the 90's, then the furnace, and thought my water softener wasn't working. Called Beauchamps and the service tech came out and found that it just needed to be reset. I did end up purchasing an iron filter from them as well, well worth the money! Now 2 months later, as luck (or lack there of) would have it, my softener got an error code. Called Beauchamps again and Jimmy came out. He found the problem and told me what part I needed and how much it should cost. The softener was from another company, so they would not sell to Beauchamps. The part cost me $23 and when Jimmy came back, he replaced it, cleaned the other parts and got me back up and running, and it only cost me $80!! It was the best luck of my bad luck. HIGHLY recommend Beauchamps!! Honest, they don't try to sell you anything you don't need. read more

I was traveling from out of town to Fenton for a family Emergency. My mothers and step-father's water softener developed a fire hydrant size leak, flooding the basement. I was able to turn off the water to stop the incident. I contacted Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions, the original installer and service company, They responded so quickly that I was completely surprised. Jake (not from allstate/no Khakis) was 1st to arrive, followed shortly by another gentleman (sorry I didn't catch his name). They went right to work and fixed the problem. In addition, they brought equipment and assisted in the clean up. They were both very kind, professional, and respectful. Called for a quote on a reverse osmosis water system, had it installed by James the next day. I could not he happier with the service.

We couldn't be happier with the sales and service from Watson & Sam and Matt's installation team. We are on a well, and needed to upgrade our water treatment/rust removal. They also replaced some old galvanized pipes and valves. The new Reverse Osmosis system has cleared up issues with our drinking water and ice makers. Wish we had gotten this done sooner! read more

They came out about a week after I initially called (during the time of waiting for them I had rust water), the diagnosis was that the piston that ran the unit for the water softener was faulty. They did a water test and suggested (somewhat pushy) that we should replace our whole system which was not only the water softener but also the iron filter unit which would of cost about $1000 more than we wanted to spend. Rather than keeping a water softener which was older than 21 years, we decided to replace it. The piston on the iron filter unit was recently fixed so there was no need in replacing it but we went ahead and replaced the iron filter tank only since it had been 4 years when the material inside was replaced. They didn't have a unit available so they gave us a water softener head to get the unit running as we put down a partial payment before deciding what we wanted to do. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was due to the pushiness of their owner trying to sell us both the iron filter and water softener units which turned out we didn't need to replace both. They did come out about a month after the work to test the water, it was perfect, no iron and salt content was balanced. read more

Beauchamp installed a new iron filter and water softener for us a few weeks ago. Since then the taste and look of our water has much improved. A big thank you to the entire team, everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable about their products. Ray went over and above by testing our water in several different scenarios. He came out Tuesday to re-test the water and check on the new system. Before we found Beauchamp we had gotten a quote from another local company which was supposed to include a water test but they never did it. Woodruff Lake Co-op contracted with Beauchamp water softeners about four months ago. Our units had sporadic low quality soft water with two of our units not working at all and one working poorly. Our fourth unit worked fine. We contracted with Scott Brackenridge, as he was a consummate professional and not only came out to the site to peruse the job, but gave us a lower quote than we had previously (without our getting soft water with the higher price.) We rented new units and old units were removed and salt salvaged. This process was quick but our buildings being older there were some issues such as pre filters that did not work anymore due to never being changed and needing a couple of new ones installed. Beauchamp was efficient and professional with every visit, and assured us that as they maintained our units the water would be tested each time to guarantee a good quality soft water. The water improved, and after initially pulling old rust from our still viable water tanks, the water was adjusted weekly, and at times almost daily by Beauchamp due to a problem in one of our buildings. Scott worked tirelessly and so did his crew, Scott even brought the manufacturer of the softener to the site of the problem trying to identify what was truly wrong. When all investigations were made, on Scotts advice, we asked our plumber to walk with us and try to help us figure out where the water line was possibly not going through the softener. Our plumber found a gate valve that was non-functioning and cut this from the line and capped it. Thanks to the awesome dedicated work of Scott Brackenridge and Beauchamp water softener company, our Co-op now has the softest water that we have had in years.
