When the task bar at the bottom of my laptop disappeared, I looked for a local repair shop. A few months later I purchased 2 custom desk tops and a custom lap top and he had them built and delivered in five days flat! All machines are wicked fast and the cost was very reasonable!!! Don't do It! Go someplace else! He took my computer as a trade-in and a $75 deposit for a replacement used computer. He said I'd have it in a day or so. After a week of hearing excuses about various reasons there would be a delay I told him to return my old one and my money. I got my computer back and it's in worse shape than when I tried to replace it. I have no Idea what he has done to it. It took two more weeks to get my deposit back. Service was INCREDIBLY KIND, HELPFUL and FAST! I called in simply to ask about the possibility and timeframe of having my laptop that wasn't powering on repaired. They asked for some information (model number and a few pictures) and then they told me to drop it of with them overnight and they would have a look at it. By the next day I got a message saying that it was repaired! So thankful that they took their time to get it fixed so quickly, and on such short notice as well! I really wish I could write a good review here but I just can't. Nathan made numerous promises for delivery times and never came through. Each time it was an excuse, but very poor communication. Overall, I just feel he was a total flake. I was supposed to have my computers back last week, then first thing Friday morning. Then I was told first thing Monday morning, by 8am NO MATTER WHAT. After 10am Monday morning he still wasn't done and my staff had a really hard time getting in touch with him or receiving returned phone calls. Today is Tuesday and I was promised deliver first thing today, which didn't happen. At 10am we were told they would be delivered in 2 hours, which didn't happen. More excuses. Finally I just told him to deliver my computers to me, fixed or not fixed, within 2 hours. He said okay. It was definitely more than 2 hours when he delivered my computers, completely opened, with hard drives hanging out. I will try to attach a photo. He told my staff he would be back "first thing" tomorrow to finish them. I finally said don't bother, I don't want him in our office or touching our computers. I was able to remotely walk our non technical staff through a process to fix the same problem in about 10 minutes. He had one of them for a week and couldn't get it done. Personally, I feel he is just flaky, didn't deliver at all and I'm done. My personal opinion is to stay away from this guy until he stops being so flaky. read more

I literally have 3 to 4 very expensive computers, and they all have problems. I called nate and in just a few minutes had me up and running .He took one with him that did not turn on and brought it back the next day good as new. He is very knowledgeable about what he is doing and amazed me how fast he fixed the problems that I was having.
