The salon itself is inviting, clean and chic. Everyone there is very welcoming and provide complementary beverages. Rebecca, at front desk, is friendly and always greets by name. Vanny's treatment room is locating in the back of the salon. The room is illuminating, giving a relaxing atmosphere. Vanny makes you feel comfortable with an assurance of satisfaction. The room is always clean with robes and clean sheets every time. Vanny provides customize facials to meet the needs of her clients. She has great knowledge of skin care and continually educates herself to better service her clients. For example, she recently launched her own skin care line and customized spray tan services. She always does a through initial analysis of the skin before providing any treatment and makes recommendations of treatment. Her goal is always to make you feel and look better. I have being seeing her for a couple years now and always addresses my needs at the time of service. I normally have microdermabrasions once a month and notice instant results after the facial. I have been going to Vanny for 5 years now for facials and I'm religious with it. I only trust her and don't go to anyone else for facials. My skin has improved drastically! I use to have acne and scars/discoloration from picking at my pimples.
