She was so quick to respond back to me when I reached out to make an appointment. We talked on the phone so I can give her an idea of what was going on with my hair and what I ultimately wanted to end up with color wise. When I got to my appointment she was so nice and welcoming. She really listened to what I wanted and explained everything she was doing and how it would help get me there. My color correction process took two days which was fine.
