Erika is hands-down the best wax professional I have ever experienced and I have been getting waxed for over 15 years. In having just moved to Austin, I was dreading having to try a few bad waxes before finding my place, but after reading the great reviews about her I decided to give Beautiful Me a try. I have been twice and I will never go to anyone else. I do eyebrow, lip and brazilian bikini and she does them all painlessly and with precision. I have been getting waxed for over twenty years, both in the United States and Europe, and this was hands down the best waxing experience of my life! I saw Tracy for a brazilian bikini, eyebrow and lip wax. The space is relaxing and comfortable, and Tracy put me immediately at ease. She was in no hurry, asking me questions that helped her determine the kind of care I would need, and she shared lots of tips with me. My eyebrows have never looked better, and Tracy used a number of different treatments post-wax to help me avoid breakouts - always a post-wax problem for me. But Tracy's amazingness truly topped the charts with the bikini wax - I described what I wanted (a landing strip in front, everything off the back), and she not only achieved it perfectly, but did not need to be reminded. In most cases I find that salons will only take everything off, or just wax the bikini line - Tracy gave me exactly what I asked for and with a minimum of pain. Now here's where Tracy became extraordinary: she extracted every single one of my ingrown hairs manually, and gave me an expensive facial peel on my lady parts free of charge to improve my healing. Beautiful Me is a great little sanctuary to have a spa day. It's so quite and peaceful. The employees all do their best to make you feel at home. I've been seeing Tracy for about 5 sessions of laser hair removal. Not only is she awesome, super friendly and enjoyable to see, but the results are fantastic! Also, she has some awesome products like the osmosis mosquito repellent that you take by mouth. It tastes like nothing. It prevents you from having to smell like bug spray all day or from having to put that awful deet on your skin. I used this product while camping in Costa Rica and it did the job! Also, I work outside everyday and it has been working better than any other bug repellent that I've tried. I'm excited to try some of their other products and recommend that you do the same! read more

Tracy Flemming is the best! I was having severe acne problems as a result of going on Yaz. I had been going to Tracy for about a year now for my Brazilian waxing. After going on Doryx, Epiduo, and Yaz to get rid of my acne, I became frustrated since my acne only got worse. I begged her for help with my acne after the first month of being on Yaz. She started me on a weekly regimen of 5 minute glycolic peels once a week along with extractions (all for an extremely reasonable price). Miraculously the peels have been doing their work. It has even been clearing up my acne scarring (leftovers). And now I'm her guinea pig for a new acne product, so we'll see what happens! I highly recommend her. You'll love Tracy! She explained the whole procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable. There is nothing that is not painful about waxing, but she did everything possible to make it as quick and easy as possible. This review is LONG overdue. I've been going to Tracy for my brazilians and brow waxes since 2008, and I'm fairly certain that if she ever left Austin I would lose my mind. I don't trust anyone else with my eyebrows and Tracy does such a wonderful and thorough job. Brazilians are among my top 5 most unpleasant (yet entirely necessary) life experiences, and I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to like the person that's all up in your business. Over the years, when I needed a last minute wax and settled for another company, I've been SO very disappointed with the results in comparison.
