He is one of the kindest, most genuine, and hardworking people I know. He treats everyone with love and respect, and he absolutely does not deserve to be made to feel uncomfortable or judged while PAYING for a service. Making a comment about him wanting French tips because of his gender/sexuality is completely inappropriate, unprofessional, and honestly just cruel. There is absolutely nothing wrong for anyone wanting whatever makes them feel confident and happy. Your job as a salon is to provide a service and make your clients feel welcome, not make comments that shame or belittle them. This is not "just a comment." That kind of behavior is bullying, and it can genuinely affect someone's confidence and make them feel like they have to hide parts of themselves. Nobody should have to experience that, especially from people they are literally paying to provide a service. If you can't provide that basic level of kindness and professionalism to every client who walks through your doors, you shouldn't be in a customer-facing business. I would strongly encourage people to think twice before supporting a business that makes its clients feel judged or unwelcome for simply being themselves. Everyone deserves to leave a salon feeling good about themselves not embarrassed or belittled.

Nail polish is very cheap and lasts for only a day or two. Very small and not relaxing at all. The table you sit at to dry your nails is full of magazines, forcing you to move magazines to dry nails and possibly ruin your nails. Staff is not social and all the supplies were cheap. read more

Pedicure - 2/5 I had to ask him twice to cut my nails, if I didn't say anything he would have kept…read morethem long. Polish was thick and had lines in it as soon as I left (put on too thick). He barely filed my nails too and they were all crooked and just didn't look good. They checked my nails after 9 minutes and said I was good to go (I shouldn't have listened to them), when I got home I noticed my pinky polish had come off. So, by the time I was home I already had 3 nails in bad shape. It honestly seemed like he had never done a pedicure before. Such a waste of $$ Builder Gel Mani - 3/5 Done way too quickly with little attention to detail. The salon was empty, I wish they had spent more time and care. Polish was not all the way to the cuticle, multiple nails were super crooked and overall they are way too chunky and not natural looking at all. With the amount of nail salons nearby, I'll keep trying others.
