It feels like they care more about squeezing in as many clients as possible than giving each person the time and attention they deserve. The quality of the work has gone downhill, and the customer experience has become even worse. Instead of making sure clients leave happy, it feels like the only priority is getting paid. I used to genuinely love this salon and recommended it to friends and family, but that's no longer the case. The employees and the lack of organization are hurting what could be a great business. The interactions were quite genuine, their jokes were hilarious and to top it all off they took the utmost care in providing quality service and I could not be happier with my gel manicure. They still let walk-ins go before me. They sat me in a dirty chair, but it was not as dirty as the one they sat a little girl in next to me. They rushed the toes then tried to cash out. I said I had a toe and nail appointment. The woman at the first seat, who was rushing everyone around, took me. She LOBED bio-gel on me, then drilled 99% of it off to get a regular nail, then rushed through the paint- the nails came out nice, and I said "I wonder what kind of work you would produce if you were not so rushed." Also, had my Apple ear buds in the whole to translating what they were saying and it was exactly like the movies-- talking trash about customers, joking with each other, and talking about who they needed to focus on and who could be rushed. I think it's important the staff know that new technology helps us now understand what they are saying. One really important thing- they do dips and the girl to my right had cut her clients cuticle and still dipped. That dip is then shared. That is a huge health hazard. I don't recommend anyone get dips ever because of stuff like this. But from my own hand gel and pedi catastrophe-- it's on par. Never again. 0/10- run.

She took her time, and was not rushed like other salons. I like their message chairs too, and play around with the settings. Just a nice relaxing way to spoil myself on a Thursday. My only issue is that when I went to pay, they said they no longer offer the discount coupon on their YELP page. They need to have this removed. What a disappointment.
