But, I just had to focus on finding a more quality one and here's why: 1. Every time I had my fill with her, I'd walk out of her business with burning eyes. I could not drive right away because my eyes would be super watery and hurt. The burning would last off and on for about a week. Clearly, she doesn't use quality glue. 2. When "cleaning up" my lashes, she would pinch my eyelid at least once causing me to tense up. It was so awful, I've never experienced this before. 3. She would rarely fill every lash as she only filled what she could in one hour maximum. Rarely, did my lashes look like a volume set. I felt like I was just a number to her, trying to fit as many clients as possible into her schedule in one day. Very cute decor and she always has relaxing music plus ocean sounds on another speaker. My brows have never looked better! I get compliments all the time now. She's an expert on growing them out! The week of my appt, she texted me saying that my appt time won't work for her because she double-booked. In between school and my 2 jobs, it's not easy to find a 3 hour window (1/2 hr travel both ways + 2 hr appt), especially 3 days before my supposed appt. She ended up having someone new start that day, and said that the new girl (Emerly) could do my lashes. There was ample parking and her entry had a chill vibe. I filled out some paperwork, and we started the lashes. After she had finshed one eye and gone to the next, I was kinda concerned about how long it had been. I asked for the time, and she said it was 3:08 and I had about a half hour left til they were done. I had work at 3:30, so I asked if she could finish in the next 10 minutes. Emerly let me know that one eye would have more volume than the other, but she would finish up the frame. The appt ended up lasting 2.5 hours, and likely would've taken 3 hours if my lashes were finished. When I got home, I really liked the feel of the lashes. The eye that got finished looked amazing! Emerly did a great job, and I wish I could've stayed to get both done. I texted the owner about coming back to get my left eye finished.In between trying to find a time that would work for me to come in, she stopped responding. Over the course of 3 weeks, I contacted her 3 separate times about coming in to get em finished, and she always stopped responding. This was VERY frustrating because I've been walking around with half a set of eyelashes on 1 eye. The attached picture is what they looked like only a week and a half after my first (and only) appt.
