I was really hopeful for this place as I have tried a lot of brow places that have done a mediocre job. I walked in here Saturday evening and after a few customers that went before me, it was finally my turn. I told the girl that I was trying to let one of my brows grow back so I just wanted the area cleaned up. Several swipes of the thread and a few clips of the scissors later, I was very disappointed. My brows ended up not only uneven, but there were several hairs left astray on both brows. After I got home, I ended up cleaning them up myself. I guess this girl was also new because she wouldn't honor the Yelp check-in offer. But honestly, this 2 star review is based solely on the fact that my threading experience was less than satisfactory. read more

Though I'll say that I'm not a HUGE fan of the threading sound, for 10 bucks a session and buy 5 get one free, I'll be going back. I said specifically to not thread the outer brows, guess what she does, threads my outer brows. They're not even centered! I can pluck my brows better in my sleep! I went to Beauty Brows having never had my brows threaded and was so pleased I had my chin and upper lip done also (a result of aging, lol)! Meena was very good. I walked in today on a Sunday morning around 11am, hoping they wouldn't be busy. They weren't and I was seated right away for an upper lip thread. I didn't get the ladies name, I'm assuming her name is Meena according to these reviews but I told her it was my first time threading and I was a bit nervous. My pain tolerance I think is mild but with my upper lip I never even waxed before because of a fairly thin sensitive area. I even dread plucking sometimes. She was very nice and quick to calm my nerves and explained the process. It only took about 5 minutes and some areas did sting more than other parts. She offered to do my brows too while she was at it but I had enough threading for one day however; I will be back in the future! read more

I love this place! I usually stop in on my lunch break and am able to get in and out in 10 minutes or less. Meena is usually the one that does my eyebrows, but Ayesha has done them as well. They are both great at what they do, and I won't go anywhere else to have my brows done. They always leave them looking clean, but they don't get rid of the thickness of my brows. I haven't had my brows threaded in ages.. I usually tweeze them myself. At this point in my life it's exausting, especially since they are thinning and becoming splotchy in some areas. They were starting to look like splotchy, furry, little caterpillars resting above my eyes. It was time to step up my game. Found this place on Yelp and was a little nervous, but walked in and went for it. The girl who threaded my brows was Siri, and she did an amazing job! Poor gal didn't have much to work with since my brows are already sparse but kinda bushy... strange but true. It was a little painful, but somehow she made them look great. Meena was very gentle with my eyebrows--less pain than any other place I've gone to for threading. Upper lip threading pain was similar to the other place's threading services. She double checked her work and seemed relaxed despite her phone ringing during the service (didn't answer the phone-- a good sign, if you ask me). She plucked a few shorter eyebrow hairs and use scissors to trim the brows. The whole sha-bang. The place is new and clean. Lots of couches should there ever be a need to wait. I did a weekday morning walk-in and was happily welcomed. Meena mentioned that another employee comes in three days a week to do facials and make-up, too. The location is convenient off Baseline (across the street from a Starbucks!), and the prices are comparable ($13 for eyebrows and upper lip). Although I love the ladies at the mall for threading, I prefer not to walk around the mall with a red face. This is also a shop meant just for this purpose, so I don't have to walk past a full store to get to a back room. Job well done. I'll be back! read more

So, this was my first time ever getting my eyebrows threaded. I must say - I usually just tweeze my own and am not good at it! Decided to give it a try due to the great yelp reviews and $8 price. When I came in, only Simi was there. I told her what I came in for and she got started right away. She definitely had some work to do since, like I said, I'm not good at doing my own. It only took her about ten minutes (if that) and she totally reshaped my eyebrows. She was very thorough and paid attention to detail. Also she was very nice.
