Alexandra is one of the best stylists I have been to and a pleasure to work with. She has been doing my hair for about 6 months. She has a specialty in working with blonds, though I'm sure she is great with other colors. She toned down my blond from a color that my last hairdresser used to a beautiful, not-too-yellow blond. I also have fine curly hair. I had been using ketatin treatment previously, but you had to leave it on either one day (that never worked for long) or 3 days (hated the stick straight look for that time and not washing it. Alexandra has a lot of knowledge about quality products. She used a keratin on my hair that can be washed out right away, leaves my hair looking great, and lasts 3 months. I'm thrilled. My cut is flattering and when I've wanted to tweek my look (often bringing in photos), she has done a great job. This young woman is smart, knowledgeable and fun. I even asked her to do a makeup session with me one time and if you are like me and love makeup, you would love this. I made a ton of notes on color, brands and technique. Been seeing Alex for a few years now! I always struggled with shorter hair and really wanted long hair ! Saw a friend post her on Instagram after getting her hair done! Was nervous as a first timer because I didn't know her but as soon as you walk through her cute studio her I felt like I've known her for years!!! Not to mention she has the most soothing voice! As you can see in photos, Alex and I discussed for full-foil services on 3 separate occasions. She charges $190 for full-foils, but charged me $210. The biggest issue is that I was lied to. She only gave me partial-foils, all 3 times. I have zero bleach in half of my hair. The top of my hair has been destroyed. It's copper from not leaving bleach in long enough in certain areas, and breaking off from over bleaching in other areas. I was completely blonde for years before coming to Alex, and it's going to take months to repair my hair if I'm lucky. When I asked for a refund for my hair due to being charged for full foils and only receiving partials, she blocked all communication with me. I would rather have a refund then to write this post, but since she refuses to help me, and stole and lied to me- I have no choice but to warn others. I do not recommend going to Alex if you have long thick hair or do not personally know her. She will take advantage of you if she can. read more

I've been a client of AZ's since 2013 and refuse to let anyone else touch my hair. She is THE blonde specialist, and she's amazing with extensions. I first got extensions for my wedding in 2019 (brides, if you need a day of glam squad, look no further!!), and I fell in love. Not to mention, she does fantastic spray tans with all vegan products, and they look unbelievable. My next journey with AZ will be doing a make-up tutorial as I know nothing about how to correctly apply my own makeup, and she is a makeup genius. I have seen Alex for spray tanning for two years now, and I'll never go to anyone else. I recently came by AZ with a friend of mine looking for a spray before her wedding in Mexico, along with our other friend, both whom haven't had great spray tanning experiences in the past.
