They lady was rarely nice but she made it seem as if she could cut curly hair but when she did it she pulled the hair down to where I asked and cut it so it sprung back up. She cut off all my curls and I am left with barely wavy hair when i used to have super curly hair. This is not the length i asked for at all and I don't want anyone seeing it the way it is. I so badly wish I didn't go that day. I'm now stuck trying to use products to bring my curly hair back.

They are still swolen in the picture (day after) but working with Jordan is the best. She works with you and starts out with a light touch. She also likes to start with a thinner line (for eyeliner) so that she can thicken as you feel more comfortable with. This is the first time I have had my eyes tattooed. She numbs your eyes so that at first you only feel the tickle of your eyelashes moving.. of course every now and then it gets a little tender but not bad enough where its painful. As far as my dermal piercing, she also numbs the area and places the jewelry under the skin. This was painless and and love my new peircing. I would recommend Jordan to any and all my friends. I already had a Brazilian Blowout done at Balance Salon and Spa in Killeen (See their google and yelp page for review). That Brazilian Blowout made my hair extremely manageable and soft smooth and flowy all the time. I digress! Back to Hair Studio at Fort Hood! I went into Hair at Fort Hood Studio salon on 1.27.22 in person to schedule my appointment. I showed them a few pictures I could find that have honey blonde highlights. Ms. Lakisha suggested Olaplex to help protect my long 4c natural hair when she puts highlights in. I agreed. I couldn't find one precise picture. Then on 1.28.22, I went in and showed Ms. Lakisha one picture that had multiple highlights that I thought looked beautiful and wanted for my hair. The assignment was honey blonde highlights with Olaplex. While we went over what I was requesting and the prices. I then asked if we could also do a Silk Press which would be my very first silk press. Ms. Lakisha said yes. The honey blonde highlights Olaplex were also my very first highlights with Olaplex in my long 4c hair. Ms. lakisha also went above and beyond in time as we ran out of time. That will not be forgotten and I will tip extra nicely every time I go. Ms. Lakisha took a good look at the one picture I showed her with also memory of the few pictures I showed her when I initially scheduled the appointment and her results definitely demonstrated she understood the assignment! I LOVE how long, smooth, silky flat, flowy and soft my hair is. Additionally, the highlights are beautiful! My husband also says he really loves my hair! I highly recommend you see Ms. Lakisha for outstanding honey blonde highlights with Olaplex and silk press results!! A+!

The client before me was from Austin! She is well worth the drive! The time, love, and attention she puts into your hair is what will keep me coming back!
