I always reach out to them via Yelp and they easily respond to the request. I had my consult in which they look at the length and density of my hair and they provide me with recommendationa of my request. The whole hair process took about 4.5 hrs since I have thick long (past shoulder length hair). During the process they continue to make sure I was comfortable and even provided me water and snacks while I was sitting and waiting for my hair treatment. I always go back to Ben and Jane to get my hair straightened out.

I have hair thats at my shoulders and I was quoted for "medium length hair" so it would be 200 for a keratin and collagen treatment They offer 20% off but it still ends up being 190 something after tip. He said my hair would feel heavy the next few days, so basically they put on a deep conditioner and they dont really style it afterwards because you can't shampoo or apply too much heat. They charged me 173.00 plus tip. I won't be coming back because the prices don't make sense and they try to book you as soon as possible without going over the prices. Also I mentioned to the owner that I had just colored my hair a couple of weeks ago and got a toner elsewhere (80$) I also mentioned that my hair was clean and shampood last night. They still washed my hair for almost 10 mins ( a lot of my hair dye and gray toner came out). And then they wash again to rinse out the product I wouldn't recommend if you have color in your hair since it will go through intense washing and repeating. Also at the end they tell me that in order for my hair to become more shiny and smooth I need at least a couple more treatments So (400$+ dollars more) Although my hair does feel soft I don't feel like the price Is worth it for temporary results.
