The woman who helped me was very kind and friendly, which makes it hard to leave a negative review, but I feel it's necessary. She threaded my eyebrows in less than 30 seconds per brow--far too quickly for the precision this service requires. When I looked in the mirror, I was shocked. My eyebrows were drastically over-thinned and noticeably uneven, with the right brow much thinner than the left. I was PANICKING! I wish I could give them the benefit of the doubt and say they tried their best, but the rushed job made it clear that they weren't being careful. I strongly do not recommend this place and will not be returning. I'm giving two stars solely because of the staff's friendliness, but the quality of service is a firm one-star.

I've never experienced being cut during a threading session, but I ended up with so many lacerations on my face. Henna was placed inside of the wounds and I told her it stung but she didn't say anything and I didn't know how bad the cuts were until afterwards. My eyebrows feel like I have a rug burn and they're starting to scab now. I am so upset not only do I look stupid, but I'm pretty sure I am at risk of scarring!!!! Please don't come here
