I've been going to this location for years and they are the best! I've gone to other Beauty by Thread location when I was in a rush and regretted it! The ladies at this location do the best work. My eyebrows always look perfect. I also get my upper lip done and it looks great after! Today I was in there and Kuldeep did my eyebrows and upper lip and they look perfect as usual. I used to often visit this place. But, I moved to Bay area few months ago. I visited again yesterday after a long time. I wanted to go for a party and so, I thought I should get my eyebrows done. There is a new lady who did threading for me. It was one of the worst experience of my life because she removed half of my eyebrow. She was still saying there is this thin line which only she could see. On top of it, she was not listening that she did a bad job. She was like if you don't like it she is sorry! What do you mean by don't like it? You just removed half of my eyebrow. Also, she charged me entire $10 and was saying if you are not happy with the service,I will tell my manager tomorrow and she will give you free service for next time. Well, who would want to come next time to remove your rest of the eyebrow. Worst experience ever! Please be careful !!! read more

I brought my gf here to get her thick, beautiful brows cleaned up. I mean I'm jealous of her brows. She had the kind people pay to get done artificially, but it's all natural. We had a good experience the first time. She went in on her own yesterday and got some new girl. Her brows were over shaped, uneven and now look like press-ons floating on top of her forehead. I'm pissed! Her brows are one of her best features and she's starting a new job in a few weeks. Better hope they grow out fast and they can get redone by someone with more experience. read more

I went to this place before 1 month. I m very much disappointed by their staff member named Kuldip. She is over smart when I went there first time she criticized shape of my eyebrow like hell. I felt so much embarrassing. In reality my eyebrow is very thick and awesome. She said next time I will fix it up. I again went in the month of November 2013. Again she started same thing and oh my god she made my eyebrow worst. I had planning for 10 days vacation. She just made it even worst. When I complained to her she said that No I m the perfect and nobody even complained. Even my lots of friends are disappointed by her attitude. i will never go to this place again. read more

Disappointed!! Staff told me to wait even when nobody was there. she told me to wait for 20min as some other customer with an appointment might show up in 5min. They are very friendly nice woman. I was in a hurry they got my daughter in and out in less then 15 min and I was happy with my results. I usually love going to beauty by thread and always have a great experience. This particular one, NO.... and NEVER AGAIN. I came in to do eyebrow and upper lip. Just a cleanup on my eyebrows since I haven't done them in months.... I pluck here and there and I told Raima that and she goes on to lecturing me in an annoyed tone. So we decided not to do my eyebrows and let them grow out. She goes on to doing my upper lip and it hurt for a second and I took my tongue down from holding on my upper lip; Raima stops and annoyingly says "you're not helping me! Put your tongue up" WELL OBVIOUSLY I needed one second! I didn't say anything but she was going REALLY slow.... I asked her if she can just go fast on the brush up and again, she's annoyed and said that she's gonna do the best she can and she's gonna be slower since she's charging me..... well seriously, I get it, YOURE GONNA CHARGE ME SINCE I CANE IN FOR THE SERVICE. You don't need to be annoyed and give me attitude. I only gave an extra star cuz it was slow and clean there. read more

Review long overdue. I've been going to this place since 2014. I've seen all the girls there. I've never had an issue with the end results of my threading. I've been to one other place in Folsom with a groupon (not mentioning their business) but they were terrible! I actually broke out in a rash afterwards. Never went there again! But this place...I love and highly recommend. Kuldeep is my "girl" I go to and make all my appointments with her. She does a great job threading and is very detailed. She takes her time with each of her clients and walk in customers. She always greats you with a smile and ask how your day was. The other girls there are great too. So writing this review is not easy because I'm so picky. I am a loyal client to Beauty by Thread and the wonderful girls, especially Kuldeep! Beauty by thread is one of my favorite threading places to go to when I am at the mall. When I walked in I was greeted by Sam, I remembered Sam from the florin location when I went there last and she remembered me. Right away Sam knew how I wanted my eyebrows and what difficulties I had to be overcome. My left eyebrow has a scar and it's not easy to get it perfect but Sam knows exactly what needs to be done to get it right. Every time I go Sam makes me feel special and shows actual concern, when I seen Sam I know I'll be satisfied and that I'll come out with great eyebrows. read more

Always pleasant. Always professional! The first time I came for an eyebrow threading I had let mine grow out so that I could get a clean and even job done. I've been to some good threading places but this was the first time where I had someone ask and consult me on how I wanted them shaped. They also do complementary make up fill-in if you want. I've been going to this place since I moved to Sacramento in 2010, I used to go to the one in the Arden Mall but when they threaded my daughter's eyebrows lopsided I decided to try different Beauty by Thread. Well, when the Folsom location opened up we've been going there. And they always do a great job, I of course can't remember the lady's name that does my brows but the next time I go I will ask and edit it in the comments. Prices range at about 10$ a visit. I have not been disappointed since going to the Folsom location even if a different person does my brows. read more
