I've had nothing but positive experiences here. No matter who is threading you, the result is beautiful and consistent. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes either. I'm not picky about who does my eyebrows, although I obviously prefer the people with more confidence and experience. Every time I go they are kind, thoughtful, and methodical. I like to keep my eyebrow thick, and they do a great job of maintaining this. I have really sensitive skin too, and there have only been maybe 1 or 2 visits that I had scabs. When I was checked in, they didn't sanitize they chair before instructing me to sit down...and there was a gal in it previously. When the threading began, she did both my brows before letting me look at them. At other locations, the ladies would do one brow, show me for approval and then move on to the next. My brows were done by Davinder. I was very unhappy with my brows. I asked for a light clean up and shape alittle. After she was done, one brow was shorter than the other, she stated she didn't touch the tail, she claims it was the way my brows grow. I usually go to the spot downstairs, but they moved, so I took my chances and sure enough, never will I go here again.. she asked me if she can trim it down alittle because my brows were uneven, I agreed and told her as long as she makes them even, she said if she trims it down, they will be even, because right now they weren't (never had this issue before)???... after she was done, I looked in the mirror and one brow was shorter then the other!!! I was so upset and disappointed!!! She offered to trim the other brow shorter to make them even!!!?! What??? No way!!! Then offered to have someone else fix it LMFAO, there's no fixing, she messed it all up already, unless that someone can magically make what she trimmed off grow back??!? I went in on 8/24 no wait, no one waiting, so the person doing my eyebrows (Sarwat, upstairs location) was able to take her time and my eyebrows came out absolutely amazing I was so happy and couldn't wait to return! I show up with an appointment on 10/5, mind you it is a week before I am attending a wedding which is what I told her, meaning I need these to look good! Two customers were already waiting when I walked in, of course I'm seated right away because I have an appointment but I can tell she was in a rush to get to the two people waiting. She immediately goes to town threading extremely fast and all over the place I instantly knew they were going to be fu#*% up!!! I was so mad, typically they will do one slowly and show it to me before they get to the second one. Not this time! She did it so fast, didn't even ask me what shape I wanted, Then hands me the mirror. I couldn't believe she literally hacked half my eyebrows off and they didn't even match after! The first time I came in I told her I had overplucked them and wanted to keep as much possible as they're growing in-- she even told me how to fill in my brows at the end since there was a bare patch but she still kept what was growing in so the brow can eventually come in.
