Beautiful nail spa that provides great service. Place is clean and you can tell they do a great job with sterilizing their equipments/tools. Customer chair is comfortable with easy user friendly settings. They offer complementary drinks (see photo) Price is a few dollars more expensive than other local nail spa but its worth it. My nail tech is Helen. She does a great job cleaning my nails and doesn't rush like some techs I've had at other places. She has great hands for massaging too. Highly recommended her.

The staff is friendly and the shop has a great atmosphere. Aaron did such an amazing job on my nails. He was very kind and friendly. I really liked how attentive he was to the fine details of my nails, answered all of my questions, and gave me the nail style I wanted. Keep up the great work. It is much appreciated.

All I can say is absolutely amazing! I went to Nouvique today to get my eyelashes done. I got a full thick set and they turned out absolutely gorgeous.. Jennie is the eyelash queen she did such an amazing job! I had actually stopped getting my eyelashes done because I couldn't find anybody that could do them how I asked for them to be done . Jennie listened and ask questions to make sure that she did them how I wanted, and she truly exceeded my expectations! If you want somebody that is really good with the soft touch go and see Jennie, you will not be disappointed!

So I walk in and they asked me what service I wanted, I stated a pedicure. They discuss amongst themselves something in their language and continuously look over at me. They take me to a salon seat. Put the blue plastic in the tub and I sat there and waited for a while. And then they walked back over to me to tell me that they didn't have enough time to help me and could only do a very quick pedicure. And I told them I did not want to be rushed, I did not want my service rushed because they had whatever else going on at the salon. They did not close until 5:00. And I am here just before 3:00. I will definitely not return to the salon ever again. Regardless to their high ratings this is my experience. This wasted my gas, time and energy. Absolutely NO!!!!!

Nicole was really sweet and recreated the nails that I wanted even better than the photo. She offered some of her own critiques as well and made the design great! I'm very happy with the nails I got and I can't wait to come back for my next set. They even offered to buy products for a nail set we request if you send a photo to their instagram or text their phone number prior to your appointment.

Nails done by Annie. This nail salon is very clean and well maintained. Such a calm and relaxing place. No strong smells, very clean, and the staff are friendly and professional.

Annie has helped me a lot with my natural nail journey. Instead of reapplying acrylic or gel every time, she introduced me to builder gel, which has made a big difference. My natural nails have never been stronger, and they've been able to grow out without breaking. I also love how long my nails last now--I can go about 6 to 7 weeks before noticing I need a fill, which works really well with my busy schedule. The atmosphere of the shop is nice and quiet as well! I love coming here. I came in today for a little gift for myself and they had a 15% off special so it was perfect timing. They always take their time with me and never rush, which I really appreciate. When I do the special, I get a nice complimentary drink. Definitely one of my favorite spots. read more

I was grateful they accepted my walk-in during the last hour. Ann was very sweet and gentle with me. She was meticulous with my cuticles and shaped my nails nicely! I have been coming to this nail salon for a while now and love it! They are my go to when I am in town. I always get a mani and pedi, and from time to time will get the pedicure special of the month. I also bring my daughter here when she needs to have nails removed (she hand models). We've only had one bad experience where the removal was really bad and painful for her, and her nail beds were completely messed up. Prior times she was well taken care of with no issues which is why we kept coming back. Other than that one incident, Nouvique is a really good nail salon and I would recommend. read more

WARNING: Do not patron this busisness! The customer service is horrible. I made an appt to get a specific service and the nail technIcian totally disregarded the request. When I brought it to her attention, she was dIsmissive, rude and unapologetic. The entire experience was very stressful. In my previous visits over the years, the attitude and service was much better. I had to attend a wedding & reception with trashy nails because there was not enough time to visit another nail spa and fix the mess. Please patron one of the other professional locations in the Elk Grove area to avoid wasting time and money! read more

Love my new mani! Firstly, Nouvique Nails Spa is clean, beautiful and bright, and I was welcomed right away by the professional staff and the decor/environment. Annie's attention to detail and skill for shaping nails is exquisite! I got what she recommended for my weak/short natural nails. She did a special kind of gel and additional strengthening treatments that will help my nails grow more straight and beautiful as time goes. She knew what I wanted even when I had no idea, and she explained the process and recommendations very thoroughly. It's not easy to find a good nail tech, let alone a nail salon where everyone provides quality work! Nouvique nail spa is my go to now, and Linda is my girl! She's so talented and takes good care of my nails! As a hairstylist my hands are always in products and water so she makes sure to get me right so they last! The salon is always clean too! LOVE NOUVIQUE! I decided to try this nail salon about two years ago and I have been coming here ever since. I get my nails done by Hanna and she is AMAZING. She takes her time, is detail-oriented, and always makes sure I am satisfied with my nails. Thank you, Hanna! The salon was also renovated this past January - new chandeliers, work stations, chairs, and pedicure spa chairs. The new upgrades are beautiful. I definitely enjoy coming here to get pampered and highly recommend this nail salon! read more

Had the most lovely experience with Vincent and Maia today. I stopped in as a walk-in for pedicures and the staff up front immediately acknowledged and welcomed us in. Offered refreshments and walked me through the various services they provide. We opted for their seasonal pedicure which included various treatments my favorite being the hot oil massage with a steam machine with a lovely aromatherapy of lemongrass. 10/10 recommend stopping by. I came here last Friday April 3rd. I had came to this salon a couple times before and had positive experiences however this time I felt the service was very rushed and the nail tech was constantly distracted, answering multiple phone calls during my pedicure and interrupting it to make appointments. I understand being short staffed and still needing to book future appointments however this made what was supposed to be a relaxing experience I treat myself to very rarely a stressful one instead. I won't be naming the nail tech because she was very sweet and i understand the pressure to get clients booked however this isn't a place I'd want to return to if I want to feel relaxed and taken care of without interruptions. read more

Bring in your inspo pic and our team will recreate it — from a clean minimalist set to detailed hand-painted nail art. Our nail services include Gel X, builder gel, tap hybrid gel, acrylic, dip powder, and gel manicures, along with relaxing classic and deluxe spa pedicures. We’re also a full beauty salon. Our team offers LED lash extensions, classic and volume sets, lash lifts, and tints, plus brow lamination, ombre, combo, and nano brows with shaping and waxing. Fine-line and tiny tattoos are available by appointment, and we do face and body waxing too. A $25 deposit is required to book and goes toward your total, and walk-ins are always welcome. Sounds funny, but eh, at least I don't have the mushroom top head look. My thick hair and the cut I want is not an easy hair cut to do. The description sounds funny, but with gel it's a clean military look or akin to school kids going to grade school. Not my thing but, the maturity aura can be fixed with longer hair on top. Believe the best way to say is it that I have a heart shaped face. That means the top of my hair should look like an egg to my preference. The haircut I want isn't for the faint. Mess up and you cannot fix it. It's why most fades on my hair type sticks out and is not flat on the sides like a flat top. Once Mindy understood I was willing to take the risk, I was rewarded in something that many hairdressers cannot cut and or is willing to do. Which is to fade free hand, then rat tail comb fade the edges on top with a clipper and texture with scissors. Mind you I watched a long time before giving her the go ahead to take the risk. Sounds a lot of work right? Hair dressers will complain doing this type of cut. It's a lot of work, will take time. Mindy does this for me. And for that I tip well. To be fair, I get my hair cut once a month. But it's usually the best way to learn as the hair has grown out and everything needs to be redone again. Note. Tip what you can, I usually tip hourly wage max to half. Mindy gets more, that's how much I like the cut. 15 to 25 percent minimum wage is a good tip. That being said Mindy takes time, is patient, and remembers you. Everything you would want in a hairdresser. I really should come every two weeks but I got things to do. Mindy does textbook style hair cutting. Which doesn't work with my hair cause you don't really expect an Asian with an Afro like hair type, thick, and straight. Takes time to learn cultured hair types. My hair is a rarity. Mindy learned quickly how to cut and tame it. Qualities of a true hair dresser. Note. I got my hair cut by Lynn too. She's good, but she's busy and I believe she understands my haircut and hair is annoying to do. The guy and new girl are good too. Just a preference and patience to be had.

The next day when I arrived, we were quickly ushered to sit in our chairs (for a pedicure) and even given water as we were able to enjoy the massage chairs. The staff doing our pedicures were very friendly and attentive to doing exactly what we requested. The aesthetics of this shop is very pleasing as the shop itself is clean, neat and orderly. They also have a myriad of options for nail polish colors. I ended up selecting a gel nail polish, which at the time of writing this review, a month later, is still intact on my toe nails. (I know - I need another pedicure soon. lol) I will say the price was a little bit costly compared to other places I have been, however, that may be because we selected one of the highest packages. Either way, my mother enjoyed the shop and even upon leaving the guy at the register, welcomed us to come back by giving us a 10% off our next service coupon. I will say due to the friendly staff, the clean environment and all of the safety protocols that they take to make sure that you get a clean experience, I would definitely visit the shop again. I came in today and, overall, it was a 6.5/10 experience--not terrible, but I won't be returning. When I arrived, I was persuaded into getting a deluxe pedicure for $68, which I thought would be a worthwhile upgrade. However, I felt like the "deluxe" part didn't live up to expectations; the massage was just okay, and in hindsight, I would've been happier with a basic pedicure. Another issue was when my sister wanted to use the bathroom right after my appointment. Instead of directing her, they ushered mestraight to the front desk, almost as if they thought I was trying to leave without paying. It was an awkward and uncomfortable moment, especially when I was simply looking for the restroom. There was also a confusing situation with a discount. My twin and I share the same birthday, and she received a 10% discount while I didn't. When I asked about it, they said it was a "corporate issue" and that there was nothing they could do. Even though they didn't have to scan anything for her discount, they still didn't honor it for me, which left me disappointed. But the most frustrating part? They don't accept credit cards. They have a sign saying there's a 3% surcharge for using a card, but then they told me that card payments weren't accepted at all. I ended up having to Venmo someone, but I don't even know if it was the owner--it felt a bit sketchy. Overall, my experience was mediocre, and given these issues, I won't be coming back. read more

This place is decent. Most of the technicians are friendly and take pride in their work. The vibe is cool, the hours are convenient, and the quality is generally good--my nails rarely lift after a visit. However, there are two things that bother me. First, the strong chemical odors. The pungent smell of acrylics, acetone, and nail polish is overwhelming. I can't help but worry about the health effects of breathing it in. Please consider getting an air purifier or keeping the doors open with a fan to bring in fresh air--it's really intense. Secondly, the pricing here is unclear and feels expensive. The cost varies based on the length, shape, and type of nails (like ombre or gel), but there's no clear pricing on the menu. Sometimes, I feel like the prices are made up on the spot. I've even overheard a technician asking the manager for a price, and once I heard them suggest charging the higher price. i've came here a couple times before and the work was always okay but the service wasnt. I went in today for a pedicure and new set and the lady who attended me was really rude and gave attitude throughout the entire service. on top of that she was rushed and didn't do a great job on what i had asked. i was extremely disappointed with the final outcome and the service provided. i tried telling this to the employee and instead she decided to talk back with me. I wasn't the only one that got a pedicure, i went in with my grandma and my mother and my grandma also received bad service. The only good employee at this place is vincent. This place has no good customer service and do a bad job at what they offer, wouldn't recommend it to anybody. read more
