Bella has done my nails for years and I have recommended this business to numerous people. She does good work, I do have to ask her to mind my cuticles, because they are sensitive. Reason why I will NOT be returning or recommending -- Bella has a separate calendar for her clients, & I had a scheduled appointment. She texts me almost 2 weeks ago and tells me she needs to reschedule my Wednesday appointment for a Monday. When I ask which Monday, she does not respond When I called the shop, I speak to her husband who coordinates all scheduling for the shop and he tells me Bella will contact me to reschedule. She does not. I had to call 4+ times over the week and a half to get clarification on whether my appointment was still good. The day before my appointment I call again and I am told Bella will take the appointment however at this point I have had to go elsewhere because of the lack of response. It essentially came down to me feeling like I was begging Bella to take my money when it's clear she doesn't want it. lol I'll find somewhere else. read more

I got a full set of nails done and initially, they looked great and the nail tech did a good job. However, exactly one week later, one nail popped completely off while I was simply writing, which was surprising and disappointing. I went back to get it fixed and was charged for the repair. Then just two days later, another nail popped clean off while I was gently removing a 3D project from its base. At that point, I was really frustrated, especially considering how recently the service had been done and that I had already paid for a repair. While the nails looked nice at first, the durability was not what I expected from a full set. I was hoping for better longevity and support when issues happened so soon after the original appointment. Side Note: I was not doing anything that would mess with the durability of my nails I was on winter vacation and haven't been doing anything. read more

This one is a bummer for me to write. I have visited this nail salon previously and have been content with my experiences, especially their wide color ranges for someone with brown skin. However, today I was super disappointed. I was getting a full set done when my cuticles were pricked several times, resulting in my skin breaking and bleeding. The artist apologized but continued to try to paint and drill over the cuts. I asked them to avoid the area of the cut. I felt like not only for my sake, but for the sake of the salon's hygienic state. It didn't seem to faze the artist, and they continued to use their brushes on my open cut. It was also painful... When my nails were finished, I mentioned to the artist that I would appreciate some sort of understanding or compensation for leaving my experience with painful cuts on my cuticle. This set was $80, so I felt like it was expensive for the experience that I was left with. Not to mention, I never asked for my cuticles to be treated, but it was performed and charged anyways. The artist proceeded to audibly laugh at me and say that they can't offer me anything because "my cuticles are thin." I understand that accidents happen, and by no means did I approach this situation with hostility. I hope that in the future there are better safety, health, and customer satisfaction procedures for their future clients. I'm choosing to vote 2 stars because the nails themselves turned out pretty. I have to change my rating for this place. I've been here many times before, so I didn't want to judge based on one visit, but my last experience was disappointing. I went in for a pedicure, and, like always, I took pictures before, during, and after. I noticed the nail tech cut one of my toenails at a slant. Instead of using toenail clippers, she used a cuticle cutter, which made it less precise. When I pointed it out, she said my nail was cracked and that's why she cut it that way, but she didn't try to fix the angle until I mentioned it. Then she told me my toe was crooked, which I've never heard before, and I have plenty of photos to prove otherwise. She offered to add powder to fix the look, but that just means I'll have to keep adding powder in the future, probably at an extra cost. This visit wasn't great. Instead of fixing the mistake, she blamed my toe. Also, just a note these days, it's easy for customers to use Google Translate, so it's better not to assume we don't understand what's being said. I'm not sure if I'll come back unless they offer me a free pedicure. I think I'll try Howe Bout Arden nail salon next time. read more

When I called the salon to ask if they could fix it, they told me they didn't have time and that next time I should get powder instead. There won't be a next time at this place. I used to love this place. I've been coming for years for both pedicures and full sets. But my last three visits were horrible. I got a full set. And felt so rushed. She seemed so annoyed by my existence. Which made the entire experience terrible. Then I got my pedicure done last month. And somehow the price magically went up. I know gel cost more. But it was something like $73 I got charged for a jelly pedi. I at least had a good pedicure. But all the years I've gone here. I've never been charged that much. -TODAY- But today! I got a pedicure. I decided to treat myself after working a bunch of overtime the last two weeks. I needed a nice relaxing pedi and massage. But man, was I disappointed. She sanded my skin. Rushed me through everything. Also note, I always make appointments and in this case I was early! So no reason to rush. She shoved my foot into the wax bag and burnt my foot so bad, I yanked my foot out. I have a pretty high tolerance for heat. And let me tell you. This HURT. My foot still hurts. She then decides to give me a 30 second in total oil massage. So I basically paid $60 to get burnt and some nail polish. So much for a relaxing visit. I will never be back here. So disappointed. I let the dude at the front know. He ignored me and grabbed my card from my hand. I was too tired to press the issue. I just won't ever come back. read more
