I got back to the house and realized that I had a smudge on the polish on my big toe. We were packing to leave the next day, so I was unable to go back. $65 for a gel polish change, no massage. Today, two days later, the polish came off a 1/2 of one of my toe nails. We got home yesterday, so it's not like I can go back.

The relaxing music you get at every spa is played over the loudspeaker and is often a smidge too loud. But, the quiet room offers water and snacks - along with staff offering a drink as they lead you to the room. If you're going in for a massage or facial, you'll be taken to the bathroom/locker room where you can change to your comfort level and are able to lock your belongings during your service. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The esthetician who does my facials and eyebrows (Alma) is warm and friendly. One weekend, I completely forgot about my appointment and Alma told the front desk to call me, because "it didn't sound like me to forget." They offered a later appointment for me and didn't seem annoyed at all. For those of us who know we'll keep coming back, Woodhouse offers a membership whereby you get discounted services and products.
