Came into Beauty Lab + Laser to give myself the pick me up I've been wanting for a long time. I didn't book a consult, just pulled the trigger on a full lip plump and while I was in the chair numbing, I had some questions about some Botox. Alyson was so great about answering my questions and addressing my needs. I ended up with some filler where I needed it most (mean face lines hahah) and the lip plump was simple and quick! After the swelling subsided, I have definitely decided to go back in for an upgrade.. The office was bright and inviting and all the staff, especially Micah at the front, were very professional. We both got the "Good Time Girl" facial. Jaylee, our esthetician, made us feel very comfortable and relaxed while explaining each product and step along the way. She impressively worked around my husband's bushy beard and customized the treatment for his hairy needs! We left glowing and feeling refreshed, well needed after a smoky summer. From the second you walk in, all of the girls are so sweet and warm - you immediately feel like you're about to hangout with your girlfriends. I have heard great things about Regan, and have seen some of his amazing lippies that he has done on some friends, so I made appt with him. The attention to detail (he pointed out things that my previous injectors have never mentioned, but that I have been aware of), as well as accuracy and thoroughness of this appointment has made me a lifer. I will be coming back and seeing Regan for lips and tox! I also have to mention that other times I have had lip injections, it was a pretty painful experience, and I was semi nervous to get them done today. Normally I don't care when people give me shitty customer service however since I was informed that owners are never in I thought this might spike they're interest. I work at an apartment complex and was trying to do a botox party at our location, so instead of taking a message or asking for literally anyone else that location to speak to me. he essentially told me managers or owners are never there. he offered a email that was never given and after 5 minutes of speaking he said. I went in for a vampire facial today (Saturday). The technician couldn't find a vein to draw blood for PRP. She said she wasn't qualified to draw blood from anywhere else in my arm and that nobody else was qualified. My only option was to reschedule with no discount at all after I had planned my day around the facial. All I got was a sorry and 2 huge bruises on my arm for misses in blood drawn. read more

I LOVED my experience at Beauty Lab & Laser! I am a regular Botox enthusiast but I also decided to take the plunge and finally get my lips done! I started with the "mini lip plump" which is half a syringe into your lips, and I LOVE the result. I had Weston as my injector and he was amazing, as was the assistant who's name I unfortunately cannot remember, she was super soothing and talked me through it, providing a stress ball and this amazing little vibrating thing on your face that distracts you. The numbing cream is absolutely necessary (make sure you let it "marinate") for 15+ minutes, but the pain really not bad at all. I can't wait to go back for the rest of my syringe! The pain I've experienced after is more just sore and not knowing exactly what to expect.
