I tried this place for Botox because I had a groupon, a decision I have come to regret. I will never go here again. I get Botox injections regularly from another doctor, so I know what to expect. But this doctor told me the amount usually used to treat my entire forehead could only be used to treat the small area between my eyes. To say this doctor's bedside manner was lacking would be an understatement. And after the injections, the doctor sent me out with blood running off my forehead. I became aware of this after the horrified expressions on onlookers' faces led me to check my reflection in the mirror. Not a good experience. read more

I love this place!! I came here for my first Time getting any kind of injectables and I did the mini lip plump as I was nervous to get a full not like it!! They offer for you to come back within three weeks to get the other half of the syringe put in to make the mini a full I ended up doing that and couldn't have been happier with the results! I do not recommend this place anyone. I went to there 7 times for hair removal laser full body. I paid around $1700 might be more and no result! I will share some pictures. After 7 visit nothing changed! Actually l have more hair than before because you have to shave before each visit. I am guess they are doing some kind of laser level set up and it is too low thats why you have to do more visit and they will make more money. Some of the employees dont do each spot or they forgot. For example; when they do my full legs hair removal or brazilian, they forgot to do other side or some of the spots and you have to remind them. And l am really easy going person but at my last visit, l told them it doesnt work and hairs still same. She told me l can get another appointment or l might be shouldnt continue. When l go first, they were telling me some little areas will be done 4-6 week, some of them 8 weeks. At my last couple visit they told me it takes 11 to 14 weeks. I am feeling l just throw away my money to garbage. I am not going there anymore. Look at the pictures, l will share some. read more

Just got my second Brazilian laser treatment done. Went so quick with Brynn, treatment itself took 5-7 minutes. I am really excited to see my results because after my first treatment I felt like I had at least a 40% hair loss. Already scheduled my next one and added on a chemical peel as well. When you walk into this place it makes an amazing impression, decorated beautifully and the staff has been very welcoming and accommodating to all my questions. I have found that I am only paying about $15 more per treatment for this than having waxing done, except I will only have to go once a year after my units treatments. Very happy thus far! read more

20 stars if I could! They were able to accommodate a same day appointment, which is unheard of in LA. I needed a Juvederm touch up in my lips as well as some Botox. I showed up about twenty minutes early in order to fill out paperwork (took all of 5 minutes). They lead me back to a room where Reagan met with me. I explained to him that I liked my lips big but my BF wasn't such a huge fan. He suggested a mini plump, which is a half syringe of Juvederm I'm assuming. He also did Dyasport rather than Botox, which I was fine with. In the end, I spent $300 less than I thought I would and got great results! To top it off, you could tell Reagan knew what he was doing because he was able to get me in and out in twenty minutes! Plus he's hot (single ladies....do it for the eye candy, you won't regret it). The ladies at the front were very nice too! Will definitely be back whenever I'm in Utah and need a touch up! read more

I purchased a set of hydra facials with the amazing Black Friday deals they do. Whitney was the esthetician and she was amazing! She made the experience very relaxing and soothing. She was very thoughtful, explaining each step to me and mentioning if there would be any tingling, so I'd be prepared. She also didn't try to sell me on products, whereas most places will push you to buy their Skinceuticals or whichever products they carry. I liked that she wasn't trying to sell me things and this made the experience so much more enjoyable. I find that I often have to rehearse a script in my mind to say when people try to get me to buy products. Whish I could give 1 star but the staff is really nice. On my first session+consultation I told the staff that I was on hormones and they were understanding and welcoming and put a note in for my account because that affects what power they set the laser to. However I think there were like 6 sessions where they just forgot this note exists and didnt turn the laser up high enough. I could feel hairs burning but not nearly as much as the first two sessions. It felt like I was making good progress for a while but it felt like I plateaued far sooner than I should have. They didn't even notice until they asked how many sessions I've had so far and when I told them 8 they were surprised that i still had so much facial hair. Only then did one of the managers look up my account to find my notes. So basically I wasted probably 6 sessions x 40 dollars per session for nothing. Staff: Be smart and read the notes every time. Trans people: dont go here, they dont want to acknowledge we exist apparently. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have never written a negative review in my life but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had and I feel like I should warn you all. I got the Mega Lip Plump back in November. I thought I was going to have big full lips but instead I got the ugliest lips i've ever seen. I thought after a few months when they had healed they might get better but they never did. My lips are disgusting. They are so bumpy and they look dead. They peel like crazy all the time because the skin is dead. They are completely uneven. I could go on and on but you get it. I had no idea that this is what I would be signing up for. I can't say enough how disappointed I am. I really thought I was going to the best and for paying $850 I really expected better results but instead this is what I got. So please save yourself the money and heartache and go somewhere else unless you want to end up with lips like mine. read more

I recently moved from the Bay Area to Park City. I have had a love/hate relationship with botox on my forehead for years as it's been really hard for anyone to get it right. (either too little injected or way to much so that I looked angry all the time). I had been referred to Alyson by a hair stylist that my daughter went to. I've only been here once, but the girls in the office were friendly, the price was very fair & it was easy to get to. My only gripe was the Dr. was 30 minutes late in getting me in which over lunch is annoying. The reason he was late, is he took a while to explain things, listen to my concerns, and talk to me about other procedures, so really, I can't gripe. I would certainly go here again, and I'd recommend it to others. Well for a 1 hour hydra facial on a last minute appointment. The girl at the front desk was incredibly sweet and the music makes you want to dance your way into your appointment. The technician doing my facial was also super bubbly and sweet. The hydra facial was fabulous but quite quick... seems that I had a 30 minute mini hydra facial and the front desk adjusted the price with no issue. I paid $600 for under eye filler and Botox, the Botox was fine but the under eye filler was horrible. I've had under eye filler before at a much more expensive place and had great results, I tried bbl for more affordable filler and I will never do that again. My eye bruised so bad for about a week and hurt to even blink, on top of all that pain I don't even notice a difference AT ALL!
