This was a very unfortunate situation. I had called prior to my appointment date which was for 2/23 at 4pm with Leanne who is all over social media for her Russian manicure. She specifically got on the phone with me personally and asked me if I wanted to add the Russian manicure and I said yes so she told me she had no availability until today 2/23 at 4pm. When I arrived I was kindly asked to check in but than the front desk assistant had to ask Leanne about my appointment and they went back and forth that I did not have one and if I was sure and who I spoke to I told Leanne directly that I spoke with her and she booked my appointment. She unfortunately was with another client and told me I had to either wait until she was done or come back another day. This is very unprofessional and sad because I have an other obligations this week for work and do not have the luxury to take more time off to rebook. If you chose to post on social media and gain clients you really need to make sure you have your appointments scheduled correctly because I did drive at least 30 minutes to get to my appointment and I just don't think it's right that as a person promoting yourself so much online that if you run into an issue like this you should get up and talk to your client. Not just stay sitting doing someone's nails and giggling about the discrepancy. Have a little more respect for others time that you mismanaged. read more

I was really excited to try this salon after seeing their Russian pedicure videos on social media, but unfortunately, I left disappointed with the results. I've had multiple Russian pedicures before, so I had high expectations. In comparison, this experience was subpar. I believe I was paired with a beginner nail technician, which may explain some of the issues. The French tip was applied very thick, the gel wasn't evenly applied, and the overall finish looked sloppy rather than clean and precise. What was most disappointing is that only about two hours after my appointment, my big toenail developed a crack through the gel and the polish had already started chipping. For a $160 pedicure, I expected much better quality and durability. This ended up being one of the most expensive Russian pedicures I've had, yet unfortunately it was also the lowest quality. Based on my experience, I don't feel the service was worth the price, and I left feeling very disappointed. read more

First impression: the salon is newly built and looked amazing! It also smelled lovely inside and not chemically like some nail salons. The color selection was also amazing and well organized/easy to look at. My partner and I came in for pedicures and a new gel x full set. I made a last minute appointment and brought three reference photos for this set. What I really appreciated was that a staff member gave me a quote before I decided to continue since these designs can take a while and add up in price. They collaborated with me about which designs we should pick from each reference photo and guided me through my color choices. Their service was excellent! I was quite nauseous from my heavy lunch beforehand and they brewed me ginger tea for my stomach/digestion. They continued to check in on me throughout my appointment and made sure I was comfortable. I had a good experience coming in they offered me tea and suggested I get the most expensive manicure which is the russian manicure. I paid a little over $100 plus tip a few days later one nail chipped I went back and they fixed it for free. A few days after that another nail chipped and I went back to fix it and they didn't charge me. A few days after that more nails start chipping, very very poor application and the gel does NOT last long. I've had russian manicures and they have never chipped and last me over a month. Very nice front desk lady but the quality is not up to par unfortunately. read more

I've been getting Russian manicures & pedicures for over a year. I found Leann on TikTok. She promotes that she does Russian manicures etc. I've been looking for a nail technician that could do Russian and design. So I thought I'd give her a try. I made my appointment over text. The day of my appointment I get text asking if I can come at 6:15pm, my original appointment Was for 5:45pm. I said yes because they informed me prior to getting to the shop & I understand people run late sometimes. Unfortunately I wasn't seen to 6:45pm. When I finally got into the chair I had to explain to the lady that was doing my pedicure what a Russian pedicure was. That's a red flag because if you offer service, your employee should know how to provide that service. She still proceeded to wet my feet after she cleaned/ cut my cuticles. So what's the point of Russian pedicure. For my hands, I loved the art work but unfortunately the quality of her Russian manicure is very poor. And I also didn't get exfoliating treatment, a rejuvenating collagen mask, and a soothing hand massage like it described in the package. Two days after my appointment my cuticles looked like crap. When you get Russian manicures, that won't even happen after three weeks of your appointment. When it was time to pay unfortunately it was very confusing. I seen on her website, It shows cash price and debit card price for her services. I brought cash to pay. I let the reception know that I was paying cash so I could get cash price. I seen on the screen it was showing $100 dollars for the Russian manicure. I asked why is $100 when it shows $88 cash price online. Leann said that price online is for promotion & I didn't get that. I got something else. I told her that her website is confusing then because it doesn't specify that it a promotion price for certain days. I asked her to show me what Russian manicure package I got because on her website it only shows one option for Russian manicure. She proceeded to say the Russian manicure package you picked was not on the menu & blah blah. Excuse me not on the menu? I didn't know there was off the menu packages available. So how would I pick that package if you don't even show me a menu or inform me you had different Russian manicure packages to pick from. After that I paid my total & even left a tip for them. If you don't care about waiting after you made an appointment, don't care about the quality of your Russian manicure and don't care about the price difference then this is the place for you. read more

I came in for a "Russian Manicure". Paid 110$. Anyone that gets Russian Manicures knows. Nothing more to say .. video says it all. It's not just about the polish application. There was so much filing done to my natural nail beds, it just wasnt what a Russian manicure is supposed to be like. Salons shouldn't claim & shouldnt have a Russian manicure on their menu if they don't know the first thing about them. Also the female that did my nails, was wearing old gloves. She had green & red nail polish on them from prior customers. The bits she used were not sanitized. File she used on my nails was not new. Was old & used. I started with a pedicure which was so relaxing and well needed. Then I headed over to Leann (the owner) to get my nails done which is the best to ever do it!! I went in the Saturday before Easter to get my nails done, my first experience here was really good and I was excited to go back. It all started out great, my pedicure was great, but unfortunately my gel-x fill wasn't the same. At first I was hesitant about the design since it had been some time since I had gotten my nails done, it had a charm I wasn't sure the salon had. I asked the woman who was doing my nails if it was possible, and if it wasn't I had a back up. She assured me they'd be able to do the design, it started off well, until the actual fill part. Without the polish I couldn't tell, but once it was done it was uneven and bumpy. The French tip was smearing, which was sad since my first set here was French tip as well and it was one of the best French tips I had had, but it was also a different nail tech. Once it got time to the polish, I showed the tech the picture again just to make sure we were on the same page, light blue French tip, light blue bow on the middle finger and pearls on the same finger. The lady grabbed white when I told her it was a light blue, she told me the picture was white. I showed her again and she got up to grab the blue. Each French tip was a different thickness and smudged. I had asked for it to be fixed a few times but it never got quite right. I stayed quiet letting her finish, and left to pay. I was so upset about how it looked, but felt if I asked to have the redone, she'd be the one to redo them, since everyone else seemed to have a client as well, and wasn't able to spend another hour there. I ended up going to another Salon later in the day to have them redone. read more
