About an hour before the appointment, she texted and called asking if I could come earlier and what time I would arrive. I let her know I was getting ready and would arrive either 10 minutes early or at the scheduled, confirmed time. She mentioned she had an errand to run. I arrived at the confirmed appointment time, and she was not there. When I called, she said she was running an errand and would arrive in 10 minutes. Fifteen minutes later, I called again and was told the same thing. After waiting 30 minutes, I called to inform her I was leaving. She then offered several excuses and incorrectly claimed the appointment was scheduled for an hour later than it actually was. I reminded her that I had received the official confirmation text with the correct date and time. She eventually apologized, and I requested a refund of my booking fee, which she did send. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing experience. This situation reflected a serious lack of professionalism, reliability and consideration for a customer.
