After several negative experiences at the Indian Trail location from both the employees and manager (Nicole or Noel; can't remember) I contemplated cancelling my membership but I decided to give it one last shot at this location. And boy am I glad I did. Kai and Faith immediately greeted me and had such lively personalities, they walked me through what lotions I needed and set me up with a kit that I didn't even know was an option when I signed up for my membership. Every time I come in here, Faith is smiling and ready to go, or Chloe is locked in and quick, everyone works well together and it's nice to have such a pleasant experience. Definitely better than what I had previously been experiencing. You gals rock!

That wouldn't work for my schedule of only tanning Monday thru Thursdays and never at the same time each day(my work schedule is all over the place). So I wanted refund and cancelled my membership. Told a manager would contact me. Gave it a week with no one contacting me so I thought I'm not going to loose the $100 I just paid so will do my best to tan for the month I paid for. Low and behold no one told me your membership starts over on the 1st of each month. I went to tan May 2nd thinking I had until May 10th only to find out no. So asked why my April membership was not pro-rated since I didn't sign up until the 10 and she said it would have been for May if I hadn't canceled. $100 and I tanned 7 times. Biggest scam. Girls were always nice but never got asked about Goggles and saw several people tanning with baby oil or Australian gold oil. Never again. Going to a locally owned salon.

Very clean and tidy rooms. She explained the spray tan machine thoroughly, and patiently answered all of my questions. It was a great experience. I got the spray tan, which took about 10 minutes, and finished up in the stand up tanning unit across the hall. Beautiful results. If you are looking for a great place to get a quick tan, I highly recommend this place. Cheers!

I'm in love! I…read morewanted to to stop going to tanning beds, the problem was that I look so much better with some color, & mystic/ versa and other spray tans weren't cutting it. I hated the smell, the fake, orange color, and it didn't last as long as I needed to. The staff was professional, and knowledgeable about the ingredients in the spray. You can decide how naked you want to be when she sprays you. They provide wipes, disposable thongs, and shower caps. My spray had me worried at first. I was orange-ish at first. After my second shower I have the most amazing color. I probably went too dark for my skin tone and didn't shower soon enough. You should only keep it on 6-8 hours. My tan is very even, and all my co-workers have been asking me where I went. Before getting a spray tan I always make an appointment, shower/shave right before, exfoliate using apricot scrub and never using any moisturizer beforehand. Wear your baggy-est, ugliest, bum attire you own. I wouldn't even bother wearing a bra. No tight clothing. You don't want your pretty clothes to turn tan too. Make sure you have no plans immediately after your spray... You're going to look like a bum, and it's kinda sticky feeling for about an hour after.
