I called all day multiple times and got no answer after staying on hold for 20+ minutes each time. I tried calling the manager of the store and when they transferred me it rang several times and hung up. Then, what's the purpose of having an express pass that is supposed to let you jump ahead of people not utilizing this? I still had to wait. Then when I asked the person at the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist a question she shuffled me to the next window, without letting me pay for my items. This was after she had me standing there for five minutes and walking back and forth and not acknowledging that I was there. After the pharmacist talks to me I have to go back in line AGAIN, and wait for the same poor customer service person to "help" me. I had the QR on my phone that pulls up my medicine and she completely ignored it and asked for my name three times because she can't spell apparently either. Then proceeds to walk around the whole pharmacy when my medication was still in the next window over where the pharmacist left it. She knew it was there because she was standing next to the pharmacist when she was talking to me. This whole store needs a staffing upgrade/retrain and to get rid of the riff raff out front. I will be changing Walgreens locations after this experience. The prior one I had here a few evenings ago was just the same. One person on staff and huge lines. When someone asked a worker over by photo for help, they said they have no idea and they don't work in the front, and walked away. Never again.

My Mother-in Law had plastic surgery by Dr. Michael Falluco months ago & has the bottom left part of her eye hanging & extremely red. Although she is elderly, when her son (my hubby) took her in to see him today he said "nothing he could do about it" & referred her to another surgeon (Dr. David A. Kostick in Ponte Vedra). When I called to make an appointment there, their office rep advised he "was sick of getting referrals from this Dr. Falluco & his office as Dr. Kostick does not take Care Plus Insurance & never has." I called back to FL Plastic Surgery & was advised by Esmy that Jennifer would have to get with Dr. Falluco to "perhaps see if they cd find a doctor that takes her insurance." Very uncaring, no "I am sorry for the error, Dr. Falluco made an error & we will get corrected, or that "so sorry your elderly relative has to go through more pain & suffering due to our errors." Please don't walk, but run from this group! The long wait, non-caring outlook, & lack of compassion is certainly not worth taking chances with as well as your health issues. Will be posting on every review site & all of my Social Media networking to hopefully save others from this horrible non-caring so-called "medical practice." So sad... Since I work in healthcare I can be very understanding of the issues healthcare is facing. Unfortunately this place I do not give any grace towards. I went for acne and have been needing to discuss my medications. I've called and left voicemails on the nurses line several times, and I have YET to get a phone call back regarding any of my issues. I also went for a skin check and the PA was incredibly rude- disregarding all my concerns. The front desk staff won't even let you finish what you're saying before they transfer you (incorrectly-I might add). The front desk staff also will answer the phone off hold and then replace you back on hold indefinitely if it's close to closing time (I.e. the time normal working people can call). This office is incredibly disorganized and impossible to get anything done. I will not be returning (not that the staff cares LOL). I would highly recommend that if you have serious skin concerns you go somewhere else, this place will not take you seriously as a patient. This is coming from a healthcare worker who understands the system!
