I used to go to the Elyson location but just moved so thought I would give it a try. I was taken back right away and they got started immediately. I was offered a drink right away and they brought me the books to pick out a color. Refill and pedicure finished about the same time and both came out so good. I was in and out in an hour and didn't feel rushed at all. Customer service was great and the quality was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back, so relaxing and well taken care of. read more

The guy who did my pedicure didn't even file/shape them and didn't trim cuticles. It super rushed. It was 25-30 mins at the most. I had to pay extra for a 3 min scrub that is usually included in a regular pedicure. I am sorely disappointed. I paid $40 (not including tip) for the most basic, subpar pedicure. I visited this location with my sister for her birthday, my to go place was the Milano Nail Spa in the Heights but I have to say this Cypress location did not disappoint me. I did overlay on my nails and I did a pedicure. Helen was my pedicure technician and she did not cut any corners she massaged my legs and feet to the gods. When in for a pedi, shellac was good, but my feet feel rough from the bottom, I can peel off little pieces of skin, and they weren't like that before I went in. She removed my acrylic and had my hands in a bag of acetone for 15 minutes and I couldn't stand the strong smell. I won't be back to this location. read more

I get French manicures by Nancy is an artist I get tons of compliments how beautiful my nails look, sometimes after 3 weeks (I travel a lot!‍). By far the worst pedicure I've gotten! I'm from New York where a basic pedicure costs $15, sea salt $20 and so on... I travel a lot and understand different states have different prices but to pay $35 for a pedicure where I could still see the old nail polish I had is unacceptable! It's easy to get an appointment here with such a large amount of employees. Facilities are clean & modern. All of the employees are extremely friendly & accommodating. Prices lean toward the more expensive side. They have raised their prices 3x in less than a year while reducing the services included. I've been here twice. The staff is pretty friendly and place is clean. I got the deluxe pedicure, but both times they haven't done a good job on my feet care. I have some dry skin on my heels, and usually a good pedi gets rid of it. It's not super dry or very cracked that a good sanding can't smooth it out. So needless to say, I was disappointed both times I went. They do a good job on the nail painting though. read more
