I used to go to the Elyson location but just moved so thought I would give it a try. I was taken back right away and they got started immediately. I was offered a drink right away and they brought me the books to pick out a color. Refill and pedicure finished about the same time and both came out so good. I was in and out in an hour and didn't feel rushed at all. Customer service was great and the quality was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back, so relaxing and well taken care of. read more

I visited this location with my sister for her birthday, my to go place was the Milano Nail Spa in the Heights but I have to say this Cypress location did not disappoint me. I did overlay on my nails and I did a pedicure. Helen was my pedicure technician and she did not cut any corners she massaged my legs and feet to the gods. It smelled awful like a sewage backed up or something but I'm guessing it was the normal smell because there was no sign alerting the customers of any kind of water problem and all of the nails techs were sitting and relaxing while door was closed. When in for a pedi, shellac was good, but my feet feel rough from the bottom, I can peel off little pieces of skin, and they weren't like that before I went in. She removed my acrylic and had my hands in a bag of acetone for 15 minutes and I couldn't stand the strong smell. I won't be back to this location. read more

The management here is top-notch as well and gets to know their customers on a first name basis. The salon itself is gorgeous and clean, and after having a few bad experiences at other salons in the area, I can confidently say I will not be going anywhere else. I am beyond happy I found this great nail salon. Leaving my nail salon in NYC after 10+ yrs was not easy. BUT Nails of America in Cypress is fantastic!! I get French manicures by Nancy is an artist I get tons of compliments how beautiful my nails look, sometimes after 3 weeks (I travel a lot!‍). By far the worst pedicure I've gotten! I'm from New York where a basic pedicure costs $15, sea salt $20 and so on... I travel a lot and understand different states have different prices but to pay $35 for a pedicure where I could still see the old nail polish I had is unacceptable! Not only that she did not even clean around my nails which is basic in EVERY pedicure , no wonder the nail salon is so pretty, you're basically paying they way through and when I expressed my dissatisfaction to the lady in the front she didn't even make eye contact with me. It's easy to get an appointment here with such a large amount of employees. Facilities are clean & modern. All of the employees are extremely friendly & accommodating. Prices lean toward the more expensive side. They have raised their prices 3x in less than a year while reducing the services included. I love the soak to be more on the hot/warm side and asked for that but it wasn't warmed much and as I figured got cold quickly. I've been here twice. The staff is pretty friendly and place is clean. I got the deluxe pedicure, but both times they haven't done a good job on my feet care. I have some dry skin on my heels, and usually a good pedi gets rid of it. It's not super dry or very cracked that a good sanding can't smooth it out. So needless to say, I was disappointed both times I went. They do a good job on the nail painting though. read more

He literally just yelled at me because I questioned the price. I questioned the price because it changes every single visit. I literally got the exact same service that I did on my prior visit and the price changed. He started raising his voice at me while I'm asking him about the price change. He said the price is set by the technician, really? So you do not have set standard pricing for your customers?!!.... He then says "you can find you somewhere else to go"....... He is a REAL JERK!!!!! And there is no transparency in their pricing. They make up pricing however they choose to. The salon is a mess, and the person answering the phone makes mistakes when booking your appointment. If you ask for someone to correct your service, say for instance, clean off extra paint around your nails and make them look presentable, the manager gets angry and starts yelling about you in Vietnamese.
