When I block and report the number, they rotate the number to a new one to continue messaging me, which makes it a willful evasion of my opt-out. Don't make the mistake of calling them and letting them have your phone number unless you like telemarketing harassment. They're breaking laws and I'm going to start documenting it all to take action against them.

They let you tip either with card or cash afterwards and put it in an envelope for the person who helped you. They said they've only been open 1.5 years ish which is pretty impressive! Pros: - SUPER easy and available parking, very easy to get to from the East Bay - Extremely relaxing - the ambiance was very clean with lots of plants, really chill music. I almost fell asleep during my treatment because it was so calm. - The treatment was great - my scalp felt super rejuvenated, and I could see on the ipad camera they used that it was super gunky before and so much cleaner afterwards. - They did a full 50 mins of: a short scalp massage, a really deep clean of my hair and scalp, and also a short neck massage and upper shoulders massage. Such as "I'm sorry I made myself available on Vagaro but I'm actually not working that day, is there another day you can do?" Or "I do not provide services to those under 18." That's just a poor business practice. My daughter and I were in the market for a new esthetician to do our facials and waxing, as our regular esthetician is a bit far of a drive for us.
