I told him I honestly did not know (I was one of those customers, im so sorry yan!) but he gave me great advise! My hair was dead, there was no bringing it back to life it was dry and felt like hay. So I told him I was his blank canvas and to do what he felt was good! OMG he did! Im soooooo happy with what he did. He gave me subtle bangs (he said since ive havent had bangs for such along time he didnt want to shock me and just in case i didnt want it i could blend it into the curtain bangs he gave me).
