This is for a facial appt with esthetician Anne. No greeting: I arrived on time. The front desk asked me to wait. When the technician finally came, she didn't say "hello" or "follow me." She just stared at me like why I was even here and said "Inside" - like I was a prisoner. I had to ask if I could go in and she said yes. Ignored my request: I told her I wanted the HydraFacial. She turned around and walked away without a word, came back later with the machine, like she's sick and tired of this job. Rough and careless: She applied way too much pressure and clearly rushed through the service. She spilled the face clay on my neck and hair and didn't clean it up completely and I had to do it myself. Still asked for a tip: After that terrible service, she and the front desk actually asked for a tip. When I asked if she was having a bad day, she said "no," with a happy face. Finally she smiled like she can get off work. Bottom line: This is not how you treat a paying client. I did not tip this time because the service didn't deserve anything. Avoid this technician if you can, and management - please train your staff on basic courtesy. I will not return.
