I have been to this shop for the past three years. This is my first time after their remodel. I had a truly awful experience and it ruined my day. This is for a facial appt with esthetician Anne. No greeting: I arrived on time. The front desk asked me to wait. When the technician finally came, she didn't say "hello" or "follow me." She just stared at me like why I was even here and said "Inside" - like I was a prisoner. I had to ask if I could go in and she said yes. Ignored my request: I told her I wanted the HydraFacial. She turned around and walked away without a word, came back later with the machine, like she's sick and tired of this job. Rough and careless: She applied way too much pressure and clearly rushed through the service. She spilled the face clay on my neck and hair and didn't clean it up completely and I had to do it myself. Still asked for a tip: After that terrible service, she and the front desk actually asked for a tip. When I asked if she was having a bad day, she said "no," with a happy face. Finally she smiled like she can get off work. Bottom line: This is not how you treat a paying client. I did not tip this time because the service didn't deserve anything. Avoid this technician if you can, and management - please train your staff on basic courtesy. I will not return. read more

Went in for a jelly manicure and Joyce and staff were so kind and patient in getting me the kind of nails I wanted! The salon itself is super clean and beautiful I'll definitely be coming back for my routine manis and more intricate designs as well in the future! Great color selection as well! read more

I went to Paint Nail Beauty Spa bases on good reviews on Yelp. I stood there more than 5 mins, no one even say welcome. Finally someone came to me with little English telling me that I have to book online and Left right away. Didn't even give me time to ask questions. Very rude with bad attitude. All I hear was " Go " yelling at me seem I don't have money to pay. Anyway, I will never go there again. Very bad service and I felt very disappointed. If you want to do some facial treatment, Please spend your money in other stores. Somewhere that more worth it. The inside of the store environment is ok, and people are not that rude. However, the service and the facial products are really bad. First, they wearing gloves to give you to do facial treatment, and they don't check your skin condition, just let you lay down and start it. Besides, if you don't ask them please put the towel under my chin to avoid some facial product drop on my clothe or neck. Otherwise, they just keep working. Then, When they finished the job, and you still can see that some piece of facial mask leaves on your face. Your skin still can feel dry. It is not getting better. They just really rush, just want to hurry up to finished. Overall, not a good place to go. Spend the money in another store, which can provide you with good services and good products. I have a membership at this place and deposited the first time I went there. The previous experience was OK, but not this time. I booked my appointment earlier for a back massage today and arrived on time. They asked me to wait for 20mins and when I was ready for the treatment, they told me I cannot use my previous deposit and have to pay cash instead. They didn't tell me that the previous deposit could not be used for back massage when I purchase that, and they didn't remind me when I booked the appointment.
