I optimistically went to this salon after reading glowing reviews on yelp. However, I was sadly disappointed when I left there the other day. I'm not sure which two ladies did my mani/pedi...they were both very sweet and my massage was amazing, but the nail job was awful. I came home and had to re-file and paint both fingers and toes. Thankfully the cost was low...guess I paid $40 for a ten minute massage. They also don't have many polish colors to choose from and the ones they had looked old. Such a bummer because those ladies were so nice! Maybe they just had an off day. read more

Came in for mani pedi on a Saturday. No wait, which is nice. The gel manicure had a lot of gap between polish and cuticle, and it was $28. The pedicure paint job was very lousy. Definitely never returning here! read more

Went here today with my mom and loved it. The place is clean and the girls that work there are friendly. She did a great job on my acrylic fill and I love that you can pick what kind of lotion you want. Also reasonably priced. We will for sure be back! read more

They are very friendly and make sure you are happy. I didn't like that they don't have plastic liners in the pedicure tubs! Gel manicures looked great, I've definitely had better pedicures tho. read more

All I had was such a bad experience, I took both my girls to have a mani for the first time and I wanted to get my nails done . First they make me chose a color and when I desired the color I was told that color was not good because it peeled . Well then why did I get the option in the first place ? Then when I decided the girl starts working on my nails only so that she can say " o I don't have time now I forgot I had an appointment with some one " WTH! I was going to go to Ocean View Nails, but they were booked for the afternoon..My girlfriend and I called at 4:45 on a Sunday..They were more than happy to accommodate our pedicures! Annie is a rock star! Been coming here for about 2 years and she never disappoints! I have really small hands and for years had reactions to the chemicals in the polish and removers. Over the years I have tried everything from the most expensive salons to the cheap joints, but Annie has always has found a way to keep my fingers and toes on trend for huge bang for my buck! I would highly recommend coming here, everyone gives a great relaxing and enjoyable customer experience. Plus you can hit Wahoos and Trader Joe's before or after, what more do you need??? read more

I called in on Wednesday of last week to make an appointment, set an appointment for Thursday at 5:45pm that same week. I showed up to the appointment a few minutes early and the nail salon was closed. I called and left a message. A week later and I have not yet received a call back. If you close early, please call your scheduled appointments to notify them. I would not recommend this nail salon for this reason, especially when you have an event the following day. read more

after reading the reviews and looking at the pics i decided to go here. i don't know where they got the pics from because the service i received was horrible. the acrylics were lumpy, thick at the cuticle and not consistent. the sides were uneven and one nail was completely crooked and goes to the left. this was false advertising. i now have to go to another salon today and somehow salvage this mess. i wish i would've put my glasses on before i left the salon. they look like it was done by an amateur and these reviews are misleading. yes annie was a nice person but that's not the point. the job i got on my nails are horrible and i've waited for a long time to get them put back on and now i have to spend more money fixing this mess. please don't go by these photos, they are so misleading and your nails will not look like those. horrible!!!! this is an update from my original review: please read before you give this person your business and your money i texted annie this morning saying how disappointed i was about how my nails look, i said that i made an appointment with another place and am going to have to pay again to get them fixed. she never responded; my co-workers looked at my nails and said that it looked like the press on nails u buy at rite aid. i called annie at my lunch and she hung up on me the first time after i said who i was then i called back and asked her "did you just hang up on me?" she didn't answer, after expressing my dissatisfaction and my money spent on a really poor job and that i would like a refund because i was going to have to pay to get them corrected and this is what she said " your nails are ugly and i don't care if you are not happy!!" please do not go to this business . it doesn't matter how she behaves while she's taking your money but when you express to her that they were sub-par , she shows her lack of consideration by saying horrible things and hanging up and showing such poor business etiquette . i will be posting my photos tomorrow, so you can see the difference between good and what annie did to me. read more
