This is second time giving the food a try, I LOVE thai but I went a few years ago and the pad Thai was gross so I just continued to go for beverages like iced coffee, thai tea and mango sticky rice. The pad see ew was actually really good! My only complaint is they used regular broccoli and not Chinese broccoli and portion size was fairly small. The mango sticky rice is always good and consistent! People working here were friendly, greeting me when I went to pick up my order . It's a nice restaurant which is great for casual lunch or dinner.

My husband and I have ordered from Thai Heaven Restaurant on several occasions, most recently this past Saturday. There are not many Thai restaurants (that I know of) in the immediate area, so they are our go-to when we are in the mood for the cuisine. The food is always consistently and the prices are comparable to other Thai restaurants. The staff at Thai Heaven is friendly, when I place my order online, it is ready within the time frame provided. I have only enjoyed carry-out from here, but if you're looking to dine-in, there is seating inside. The venue is very quaint. Parking is not that great and Frederick road gets quite busy, but Thai Heaven is worth the trip.

They had a large group when we arrived so they were very busy tonight but it was well worth the wait. Their flavors are fabulous from the curry to the chef's special sauce to the Kaprow. Service is always with a smile and the Thai Iced Tea is refreshing and well-balanced. We started tonight with Thai iced tea and the fish cake appetizer. The fish cakes have their red curry sauce incorporated into the cakes and the dipping sauce was perfect. I couldn't keep my fork out of son's street style noodles and he kept mooching from my crispy chicken. Both dishes were delicious. We took home a red curry with chicken and mango sticky rice which we enjoyed later. We have not found any inkling of disappointment within the walls that hasn't been eliminated by the friendly service and quality of the food. Definite gem just a few miles from UMBC campus. See you again soon!

Quite a small place. Wife placed the order for pickup at 5:15. Was not ready. There were 2 couples eating there. Also we're drivers for door dash and Uber eats waiting to pickup. So a lot of business is done through delivery. So we ended up waiting probably 20 more minutes because they were getting the delivery orders done. While waiting, i paid for the food and just stood there waiting. So after everyone else left, I stood there quietly waiting and then she inexplicably brought out the food, dropped it on the table and walked away. Well, that seemed a bit less than friendly. Granted there were only two people running this restaurant (so it seems to me) but it wasn't like they were too busy to be at least be courteous. When we got home to eat, I found the portions to be a bit on the small size. It tasted good, which makes it to 3 stars. But if the service was better, it would have been a good tasting experience for me.

Food was so good and the staff were beyond sweet! Super kind and friendly and I loved chatting with them! The Thai tea is incredible and if you don't finish, they'll pour it into a to-go cup for you. Menu was great and well-priced; I would absolutely recommend this restaurant!! It's a little tucked away gem

Thai Heaven was okay. Came here for a girls night. Wanted real Thai food without having to drive all the way to the city. The place was empty lol. Maybe that should have been a sign? Typically it would have been but there were SO many to go orders. Carry out, door dash, grub hub etc. That plus it was a Monday night. Anyway, nice menu list. I don't believe they serve alcoholic beverages. I didn't see a bar nor cocktail menu. I didn't bother asking. My friend got some type of fried rice. It had raisins in it. Karen, is that you back there cooking the meals? Lol my friend didn't mind the raisins. I didn't know that was a thing. I unfortunately ordered the drunken noodles which were supposed to be spicy. Spicy they were not. I pretended to like my food but overall I was underwhelmed lol. I also got some crab Rangoon which was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Nice place but just not for me. Sad face.

Good food, modest decor, quick service at this established Catonsville spot in a sleepy strip mall at the corner of Paradise and Frederick roads. My coworker knew and liked this place, so we went for a quick lunch break from work. We both got the cheaper Drunken Noodle lunch special--hers gluten- and soy-free with shrimp; mine regular with medium spicy chicken. Tasty!

The Yuzu drinks were refreshing. The white peach flavor was delicious. Overrall the meal came up to $66 with a 20% tip. Seemed like a lot of people order online for pick up. My friend and I split the cost since we were planning on having a second lunch after this lol. The sandwich is a crab cake + softshell crab on a very soft bao bun. It was pretty good but it was alittle lukewarm since we were late for our pick up (so our bad). Very good sandwich with delectable flavors with the crab cake full of meat and the crunchiness of the softshell crab. Pretty solid sandwich! Im not sure if its worth the price point but I appreciated as is.

One of the more annoying aspects is when anyone had a birthday they would make a big loud celebration of it and it was really distracting. "The Maryland Softie" crab sandwich is only at the Locust Point location, so I drove a little further to try it. It cost ~$41+ including tax, however I decided to go ahead and try it since I was already there. I waited ~15-20 minutes to receive a text that it was ready. When I went to the front to pick it up, they said they were boxing it up still. I waited a few more minutes and they said it was ready. I noticed that they handed everyone their order in a reusable to go bag automatically, however they asked me if I wanted a bag right before they handed me the box. I said yes and they put it in a reusable bag. The crab sandwich was tasty! The actual crab cake on it and the sauce was 1 of the best I've had! The sandwich included: a crispy soft shell crab, jumbo lump crab cake, old bay, melted cheddar and chesapeake remoulade sauce. The legs were a bit tough to chewy, due to the soft shell. I got a bit tired of chewying the legs and a bit on the bottom of the shell. This was my 1st time having a soft shell crab- definitely advise you to chew well. The bun was very soft, however there wasn't really a flavor to it. Which seemed to pair well since the crab cake was the star of the sandwich.

We were seated immediately in a booth that comfortably fit our party of seven. The atmosphere was relaxed, quiet, and welcoming, which made it easy to enjoy dinner and conversation. The restaurant was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and efficient. We ordered our drinks, and they were at the table in what felt like less than 30 seconds. It honestly seemed like our server turned around after taking the order and another staff member was already coming around the corner with our drinks. I ordered the whole bone in soy garlic fried chicken, which came with a fresh salad. The chicken was everything Korean fried chicken should be. Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The soy garlic glaze was absolutely incredible. It had the perfect balance of sweet and savory while still letting the crunch of the chicken come through. The rest of our table ordered two curry chicken rice bowls, a spicy chicken rice bowl, pork soft tofu soup, the Kongbination, plus edamame and fried dumplings to share. Every dish that came to the table looked photo worthy. The presentation was outstanding, and the food tasted every bit as good as it looked. One thing that really stood out was the portion sizes. Kong Pocha definitely doesn't skimp on food. Every plate and bowl was generously portioned, and almost everyone left with leftovers to enjoy the next day. The only small downside was the beer prices. Around $11 for a Sapporo and $7 for an Asahi felt a little high, but honestly, the quality of the food, the generous portions, and the overall experience more than made up for it. Parking was easy during our visit. The shopping center has a decent sized lot, although I could see it getting a little tight if all of the neighboring businesses were busy. It wasn't an issue for us. Whether you're a longtime fan of Korean food or trying it for the first time, Kong Pocha is a great choice. It's perfect for families, groups, date nights, or anyone looking for authentic Korean food with generous portions and excellent service.
