The bun was amazing and since the fillings were so sparse, I easily finished it and the quesadilla. The most prominent flavor in the pastor quesadilla was salt. The meat was salty. The quantity of cheese was good, but overall a poor excuse of a $10 quesadilla. If I'm driving past, I might stop again to try a tamale or some tacos, but it's not a destination restaurant for me.

The fish is listed on their menu but it didn't say that it came w/a side. To my surprise there were hand cut fries included in the order. HAND CUT!!! I had the shark and shark is so thick, tasteless and difficult to do much with but it was incredible. I believe it was a corn meal type breading. This was a HUGE portion and wasn't greasy at all. I don't usually do fries but these only had a very slight sprinkle of salt and was greaseless. Chris is great when it comes to cooking and there's virtually only a slight wait time. His assistant gets things out quick. The only one criticism I could see is that the shark could of used a slight bit more of seasoning. This is one of the better food trucks that I've eaten at. I can't wait to come back to try more. You must try their deep fried Oreos!!!!
