Proper etiquette would've been to call the person who is the next in line who had been waiting for over 20 minutes and not someone who just got in line at the end of the one single line.

So the next morning I called for the day manager on duty and Heru answered my call which I explained my crazy customer service experience with the two cashiers and the night manager and Heru was patiently listening to my experience and agreed the whole interaction with the store was unacceptable and all the employees pretty much failed with me. Heru says let me make it right and come back and I will have rotisserie chicken and a 12 pack of Hawaiian rolls to make right the poor customer service you experienced yesterday. I have been going to this location for 15 years before it became a piggy wiggly with the first to review and the Duke of check ins with no problems and I explained to Heru that I have been a customer since first opening and he did a great job at repairing a business relationship, even the lady at the front desk who helped me pick up my food from Heru was apologizing because she didn't understand how this could even happen. I next to never call managers with complaints and surety don't expect comped food but I wanted the store know that my experience was unacceptable from 3 of its employees.

I went to the deli and clearly the word is out on their chicken salad. They have a sign that explains they are limiting customers to two pounds of chicken salad due to high demand. We got a pound of that, a pound of their mustard potato salad, and a pound of their deilved egg potato salad. The chicken salad was really good. One thing I loved about it was the texture. It was finely shredded which I prefer. It was well seasoned and wasn't overly mayo-y. Of the two potato salads, I thought prefer the deviled egg potato salad. It was good but a bit plain for me. The mustard potato salad, on the other hand, was great with just the right amount of mustard and seasoning. The service was lovely and the prices were reasonable. Get to it.
