Oh my goodness, this restaurant is a god send for gluten free eaters, especially celiac folk! The owner has celiac so you can absolutely trust they know how to keep us safe. From the very start, Loreen (sorry if I misspelled that) provided cheerful reassurance of food safety and wonderful service all around. Massive kudos to you! Not only is the food celiac safe, but it is also unbelievably tasty! I almost cried when I bit into my fish sandwich. My sibling loves to get an adult serving of the chicken tenders (just ask for it). We also got the apple strudel cake which was shockingly fluffy and a perfect post-big lunch compliment. Chef's kiss! We've been here a few times. The only thing that I think is really good here is the fried food. Their fish and chips, shrimp platter, fried shrimp and fries are really good. I've tried a couple of other non-fried dishes and I thought those dishes were okay at best. So when I come here to eat - go bad and get the fried food. Comfort!!!! Man this food screams comfort food and that's a good thing. I had the parm/lemon chicken and mashed potatoes. It was so good...took me back to the bars that i experience in Ireland. We haven't been here for a while. We were very happy with our server, the food was very good Corned beef and cabbage with potatoes, carrots. we were with some great neighbors celebrating St. Patrick's day. This place was packed. Met up with a friend and her family for dinner at this celiac friendly establishment. Everything was delicious, but the service was quite slow and the waitress kind but confused by our requests. We had a five year old with us so speedy food is always helpful with children. The gluten free fish sandwich was excellent, I was very excited to see gluten free desserts, but they were disappointing. I would definitely return for the Greek salad and the fish sandwich, but skip dessert next time. I do have to say, I felt fine after eating here- which means it's safe for celiacs!! read more

I have celiac so eating out isn't the easiest especially when out of town. Was so excited about Beckhams's! First thing they ask when greeted if anyone needs a gluten free menu! A lot of options even fried shrimp & fish & chips. We both ordered gluten free fish & chips nice crispy batter. Even the server likes the gluten free batter better. Good service nice atmosphere even an outside seating area under cover. Would highly recommend this place even if you don't eat gluten free. If you are gluten free a very safe place to eat. Tried out there new location last night. They are tucked in to a corner of a plaza along 41. My wife ordered a salad which was made up of greens she didn't like. We both ordered their fish and chips. The fish was a nice thick piece of fish with a crisp batter. The coleslaw needed more dressing and wasn't very good. The steak fries weren't very good . The star of the dinner was a dessert. OK, I'm now a fan. This third attempt for Beckham's is finally a success. The menu is toned down, but still has a good array of options, whether appetizers, sandwiches, salads, or entrees there is something for you to enjoy. I was drawn to the half order of the baby back ribs, with french fries and a Caesar salad. My salad was fresh and crispy. The dressing was good. The ribs were fall of the bone delicious and cooked with just the right amount of seasoning to give them flavor without overbearing the meat. I asked for the BBQ sauce on the side and I really like the sweet and tangy flavor. The fries are steak fries and come seasoned. There is a full bar, that has some nice wine options. The dining inside has a couple of booths, high tops and tables. The bar also offers seating. There is outdoor seating and YES Dogs are allowed. The servers are friendly and the food came out quickly. We had our wedding reception at Beckham's last Saturday, Annie and her staff did a amazing job, we were on the patio and with the enclosures and ceiling fans everyone was extremely comfortable, we had a group of 35 people and everyone enjoyed their dinner selections. We even had a guest with a strict diet and Annie was able to accommodate her needs. If you have a gluten free issue Beckham's has a extensive selection of gluten free options that are very good. If you need a gluten free safe restaurant, this is the one! The owner has Celiac so their protocols are strict. When we arrived, the waiter immediately asked if we needed a gluten free menu or not. The fish & chips are excellent (I've had it several times), and their gluten free menu is extensive. I gave a 4 instead of a 5 star rating as they were short handed (per the waiter) so we didn't get the request condiments or refills on our drink, etc. Overall, I appreciate how attentive they are about food protocols so I can feel safe to eat out. read more

5/28/24 Went for dinner. They kept us waiting for quite a while even though there were plenty of available tables. That gave us a chance to read some of the signs in the waiting area which includes the warning that they have the nerve to charge a 4% surcharge for using a credit card. I used to go there & get frequent flier miles, but I am NOT paying a 4% surcharge. (Their system also won't process any of their gift cards either). We walked for good. read more

GLUTEN FREE MENU along with a full normal one!!! I cannot tell you what it is like to walk into a restaurant and not have to comb through a menu with a cipher to find true GF options. I got the Fish and Chips basket which was absolutely amazing!! The fries were perfect and the fish was crispy on the outside but the fish on the inside was so light and airy and juicy! How they pulled that off is beyond me! The service was great. I asked the waitress why they have this glorious GF menu and she shared that the chef also has Celiacs Disease.
