I called ahead of time to make an appointment and was told to bring it in at 8 AM on Friday morning, which I did. I got there a few minutes early and got in line with the other folks that were waiting. When they opened, I went in and chatted with them, told them the issues and gave them my contact information. They called me later in the afternoon and told me that I was having some hybrid electrical issues that would need to be addressed with the dealership. They were friendly, helpful, timely, and did not charge me to look at the vehicle. I appreciate that they directed me to the dealership when they felt that it was out of their purview. The reason that people come here is because they are trustworthy.
