We went to look at a Newmar Canyon Star Class A motorhome and scheduled a meeting in advance since we were coming from out of town. We met with our salesman, Roy, who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to walk us through the features and specs of the RV and then sat down with us to discuss what we were looking for and our timeline. Even after we told him we were not planning to purchase that day, he remained patient, professional, and very helpful. We would highly recommend Roy as a salesman. We have visited other RV dealerships, and the sales staff elsewhere have not come close to the level of service we received from him. I will never go back. Made an appointment and when I arrived they knew nothing about it, said sorry. I pushed back and regret it. They agreed to fix the camper...needed bearings...I agreed to the winterization upsell. What was I thinking? Took them a few weeks to winterize and fix the bearings and I was constantly bombarded with more upsell "recommendations". I kept declining.They asked if I was interested in a new Camper. No thank you! Well the final cost was twice the estimate and 6 weeks later pipe burst due to faulty winterization. (3rd Update 8/19/2021 3:34PM) Initially, my wife and I were the proud owners of a used 2018 Coachmen Freedom Express 29SE. Initially... Please read all of the review to understand. Especially purchasers of used RV's. This review has the potential to change as my days go by today. I will not use names in hopes that things get resolved. We had decided to deal with the identified leak in the roof of the bedroom and were excited. Imagine how much more excited I got when we blew a tire going 63 mph down the highway next to tractor trailer rigs and debris flying out from behind us. Changed the tire, found there was a hole in the floor of our camper where the tire had blown, the side cowling was blown off, and the aluminum on the side of the trailer was flared out from the tire blast. But that is not what has me writing this review - I noticed water dripping from a "Vacuum sealed flooring" - WATER? I didn't blow a pipe. The entire floor that was exposed by the blast was saturated and degraded by water in the luan wood (see the pictures below) and was peeling away like skin from a bad burn. No rain, nor had we driven through any rain or rain soaked roads. And water damage and mold like that does not happen in minutes. The damage went on and on. We could not find where it was coming from, but it had been there long before we bought it. Which, by the way, was less than a month before, 22 days to be exact. We called Beckley's and spoke with a sales manager, telling them of the issue and what we found. They listened and said nothing binding other than to bring it in for an inspection when we get back. Made it to our first destination. Found a tire shop that had experience with RV's and began visiting with him about the tires. Upon his inspection, he found that 3 out of 5 of the tires were made in 2011 (See pictures) - the other 2 were made in 2017. I feel that the Beckley's sales person played dumb about a leak until it was sold, which we resigned ourselves to, then Beckley's Sales said they did a "Thorough Safety Inspection" and left 3 tires that were a decade old on a camper they sold and put their stickers advertising their dealership - in which a blowout of one revealed a long-time leak in the flooring. I took the camper in today (8/11) for an inspection. You might read this and say "You should have checked the dates on the tires before you bought it." Yes, you are right. But I relied on people who have a business and stand to lose reputation points with customers to do their job and point those things out. I also didn't know they would sell me a trailer that was saturated with water in the luan wood of the floor and walls. 8/11 11:53AM Update: Upped the rank to 3 stars. The team that came out for the inspection was impressive. The gentleman that fielded my call from the road was kind enough to be there. They listened, they took proper pictures, addressed all the questions that I could think of at the time and left me feeling a lot better than when I showed up. Do I expect them to just give me everything and fix it all for free, no, I do not. That would be a gift. Businesses are in the game to make money. Do I walk away from the inspection thinking I'm going to get a fair shake - yes. I have a lot more faith now. Updates to come as things progress.... 8/13 8:39AM - Got a call last night from Sales Manager. He ran ideas by me that could produce a win-win for both us and for the dealership. That is something I really appreciate! The dealership has remained in contact, given us ideas and remedies that can benefit both parties and Beckley's seems concerned about getting it done expeditiously for us. 8/14 9:58AM - We are on our way to total resolution of this issue. I updated the stars to a 4 because the deal is not yet done. The verbal is there and I have faith, but when it's done, I will know that faith was not in vain. I asked the Sales Manage what was fair. I told him what I thought was fair and he listened, considered and countered with a fantastic option for both us and the dealership. 8/19 3:34PM - Though I will not reveal the details of the deal, because all deals are different, BECKLEY'S MADE IT RIGHT! Just as in everything, the person you deal with makes a difference, GARY MOSER made all the difference in the world - BECAUSE HE CARED! He was concerned about what had happened, he listened to how we felt about Beckley's and the purchase, we had a little faith in things (and patience). They have a decent advertised selection of overpriced used RVs that they will find excuses not to sell to you I was told the unit I was interested in would not come with a PDI. I said I would like to have my own person do a pre-purchase inspection, and the salesman all but explicitly told me not to waste my money on hiring someone to do the pre-purchase inspection because I wouldn't like what I would see. Other than that, the rv was overpriced even in good condition, the salesman didn't really seem to know what he was doing, and overall just don't seem interested in selling used units. I wouldn't recommend them if you're looking for a used unit They get 2 stars for having an honest salesman (even if he was otherwise inept), but otherwise a pretty crappy experience read more

We went to Beckley's after seeing some of the RV's at the Timonium RV show. We meet with Mike C. who took his time showing both new and used models. There was no hard sell. We ended up with a new Winnebago Vita. Before we took it home, Mike spent over 4 hours going over all the details as we are new to the RV world. I also want to compliment Justin in the finance department. He offered warranties but, again, no hard sales. Before we drove away, Mike stated that he and Beckley's are there for us. Will never buy from this dealer. At first the wife and I was greeted by a salesman named Chris. His time with us was great and at no time did I feel he was being deceptive. However as we looked at two fifth wheel front living campers and we're told that each were priced as a good deal. We went through both with the understanding they are used. First camper was nice but I spotted several issues that Chris explained that it was AS IS but was only 2 years old which was odd to us. He explained it had bent axles but we would have a dealer inspection of the appliances but couldn't get a 90 warranty for anything for the camper. We moved to an older 2020 fifth wheel which was also front living but it was to be given a 90 day warranty for anything that good be honored. Both campers were reasonably priced but we decided that the newer appliances and mechanical equipment such as slides leveler could be of lesser concern. We went to the office to look at the numbers and discuss it with Chris. He took our info and put together an offer for the so called AS IS camper. As we went thru and understood what limitations of AS IS really meant. it was evident that the Dealer was just trying to get rid of a costly used camper that wasnt a money maker with the hopes we would take it off their hands. Everytime the offer was given it was obvious the deal was no way a good one for us or anyone. A 2022 fifth wheel should be a good deal especially with only two years of life. I should have known something was wrong when a 2020 fifth wheel could get a 90 day warranty. If that wasnt enough when the sales manager assessed the trade in price we could get was 12000 dollars below the low retail price they could get from our camper which was only 3 years older. It is in mint condition and never did we cook in it used the propane heater or use the toilet for bowel movements ever. Bottom line it was closer to 25000 dollar value than the 13000 they offered. Quite frankly this sales manger insulted our intelligence throughout the bargining process. Chris was very respectful and he tried his best but his hands was tied. Bottomline this whole experience was very disappointing and we felt at no time were their sales manager staff reasonable or interested in making a warranty offer because they knew the 2022 camper was a good deal for them and hoped we were just a dumb customer they could dump off a bad fifth wheel that probably shouldn't never been offered for sale to anyone. I will never go there again trust me. One point i forgot to mention the two axiles were replaced by Beckley but they wouldnt offer a 90 day warranty for anything and that told us a lot. We went twice to find what we wanted, we asked for numbers on a camper we wanted to purchase and a trade in. This was 12:45 on a Friday. We had to leave for a funeral, we received no call no email. Until closing time, and then we're told ( im sorry texted) by our sales person Sherry that she will try on Saturday but may not get numbers until Monday " because she is so busy" So we called Saturday and told her it was important to us to have those numbers before someone else purchases the RV. She again did not even bother to get us the numbers. Because we aren't sitting there playing their, "I'll talk to the manager game ". We got pushed a side. We finally got our call on Monday, by a different sales person and the rv we wanted had sold.! We have purchased Rvs all over the country and this by far was the worst experience. Then they insult us with numbers that are ridiculous, just in case the persons buying the RV'S financing doesn't go through.! We drove from Ohio to purchase our RV in February, we were told they would register the Rv & mail us our license tags to Ohio with no problem .. it's now May 31st and still no tags for our RV.. I've called at least 6 times, spoke to my salesperson (nick) & the lady in the tag department multiple times, still no tag! I have gone to the BMV (local tag office) 3 times to be told it's up the the dealership to get my tags!!! I've continued to make payments on a Rv I can't even use! I've called the bank who it's financed with and they also said it was up to the dealership to get my tags! The representative that rented the van to me was very helpful and friendly, HOWEVER, after researching distance that I would travel, she offered me reassurance that I wont pay extra for mileage. I discovered 2 weeks after I had returned the vehicle that they did in fact charge me several hundred dollars for mileage. As well, I called a few days after I had returned and asked about my $400 refund, a rep told me it would only be a few days more. Two weeks later, I asked again, after the discovery of the charge to my credit account for mileage, about my $400 deposit. Alexis told me it's my banks fault. A refund should be credited sometime soon. Finally, I scrubbed the van spotless upon returning and expected my promptness and care of the vehicle would insure a timely refund and no surprise charges. It seemed he was doing us a favor to show us the $50k RV (I know chump change). General RV in Richmond made better offer on same trailer. Counter offer from Beckley's was minor. General RV's offer was ultimately $5000 better. Bought from General. Wrote email to salesman at Beckley's, thanked him for his efforts and help. No response. Buyer beware. my sales person got a bigger client that walked in and I was given a person who is unfamiliar with the trailer. called back a few days later and told her, we have some issues. Her response was! HMM. I have called the service department to be told, "who told you we would fix defects?" We were not treated with any respect. I am sorry that I ever thought that a local dealer would give us customer service. The only reason I gave this a 2 is because my Little Guy trailer. I had a really great experience here buying my first trailer. We worked with Nick for the sales and Bill for financing and lots of others along the way who were all also helpful and great. My husband and I were not sure what we wanted, so the first day we arrived, Nick gave us (and the two rescue dogs we had brought along) a tour of the whole lot and we went home to think about it. Once we figured out what we wanted, I thought it was a pretty seamless process. I had no idea what I was doing but everyone had a lot of patience and I never felt judged for not knowing much about trailers or the whole process of buying one. The communication was very clear and everyone was responsive. Beckley's organized everything for me-pick up, titling, financing, etc. This was helpful to me since this was my first time buying a camper. On pick up day, everyone was very flexible, as we had to bring our new puppy along. They left no stone unturned. I got a thorough tutorial on how to use the trailer and the workers at the shop prepared my 4Runner for the hitch. The paper work was quick and painless. I learned a lot I felt prepared to drive the trailer off the lot even though I haven't towed anything in 15 years. I hope to keep and use my trailer for a long time, but if I ever want something different, I'll be back. read more

Reference Service department. Brand new 2020 T@b Boondock Edge. Camper heating system broke while in transit to Arizona. Temperatures 22 degrees. Went to get help from main office after being told to get out of town by the New Oxford office. Could not get in shop for two weeks. They charged me to winterize my rig to prevent damage to the pipes even though it was due to a warranty failure. Had to leave rig and find alternate lodging. Would not even allow me to flush the antifreeze before departing. Could not repair failed seals repair without ordering more parts for a known failure. Wanted me to come back. read more

called to order a part, made it clear over the phone that I needed the plastic frame that covers the storage area on my pop up, not the door. The sales lady said it may come as an assembly and requested photos to match it up, because there are many options. I emailed a photo. she didn't call back so I emailed any luck finding the storage cover? No reply, a few days later a gentle man called saying he found the parts I was looking for. I replied is it the complete assembly, He said yes. They ordered the part and paid over the phone. When the part came in it was only the lid for the cover, seal and hinge not the complete top assembly as described by the lady. I asked for my money back, they called the owner over, who did admit the issue was to many hands in the order was the issue, but insisted no refund. They offered to order more parts, but I said if that comes in wrong will you refund my money, they said no refunds on special order parts. Evidently even if its their fault! read more

My husband and I drove almost 3 hours (from Fredericksburg, Va) to trade in our nearly new 2017 Coachmen Clipper 17fq travel trailer for a longer 2018 Coachmen Clipper 21RD as they had just what we wanted. We were told by a local dealer that it would not be available in our area of Fredericksburg, Va. Thus, we made the trip. The attention that we received was impeccable, from one of the managers (Gary Moser) to the salesman (Tim Hampton) to the finance guy (Mike Beorum) to the "PDI" (Michelle Thompson) who made sure that the upgrades that we asked for were done before delivery and then right down to the parts person (I didn't get her name) who was so knowledgeable and found the small items that we were looking for on the spot, to the service guys that asked us if all was what we wanted/needed. These are pretty basic questions I've never had a problem getting answered unless someone has something to hide. Their service department sent me a one word response - "no". We bought a brand new T@B 400 Solo 2020 here in June. First the sales process. Shaun was the rep we worked with, and he was very thorough and nice. It was a crazy busy day but they managed to get us taken care of and make sure we had a full walkthrough of every feature. Second the support and service. We found out on our first overnight that the battery wasn't charging. Took it back, because it should be under warranty. It's been a month and we still don't have the trailer back. They keep saying the warranty request is holding up the process, but today I called Nucamp directly to see if I could expedite, and they have no record of any request with our VIN number. Our vacation is next week--spot reserved at a park--but service department keeps blaming the warranty and won't provide a firm date. Update: Nucamp did get back to me, and they *had* received the initial warranty request, but not the second one, which Beckleys said they had submitted. Nucamp then called us and worked with Beckleys to expedite (not in time for the trip, but we were able to function). It's a bizarre summer and delays are understandable. But communication is a problem. Be proactive when working with both Beckleys and Nucamp. The camper itself is pretty great. Takes some trial & error to figure out the heating system (one very cold shower!). Otherwise it's well designed and a joy to camp in. read more

I bought a Little Guy, Silver Shadow a week ago here. Greg the Salesman was very up front about what he could offer me. I bought a brand new trailer and when I got home there was water all over the galley floor that leaked into the sleeping area under the lanoleum, which I fixed the day I brought it home. Overall, I wasn't 100% pleased with the experience, but there are few Little Guy dealers in this area. The salesman, Greg, Greg was okay. He wasn't overly friendly, but he was attentive to my requests. There was one instance when I thought I was going over to buy the trailer, but there was some miscommunication, and I couldn't fill out the paper work, which was irritating. The only other down fall I would say was that he could be a little more knowledgeable about the trailers. At one point my wife asked about leveling jacks, and he said there weren't any, and then looked under and saw the jacks, and said, oh those aren't leveling jacks, they are "stabilizing jacks", which is true. On another accosion he thought the solar charging jack was a coax cable hook up. Overall, I ended up getting what I needed, with one exception I'll go over. Given the wrong parts, When I got home, I discovered the cover I was sold was for a 5 x 8 trailer, when mine is a 5 x 10. They are suposedly shipping me the right one. What is the warranty, Greg, nor Little Guy new what the warranty was on the 700 dollar side tent that I bought was... The service Department, Although the manager of this department was nice, I really didn't find them that helpful. At first I was told it was 100.00 to install the trailer wiring on my car. Then 150.00. Then I was told that there was no custom harness, so they couldn't do it, and he had NO suggestions for what I could do. In the end, I ended up installing all the trailer wiring, and harness my self. I told my salesman when he asked me how the install went that it was easy, and if a business that installed them for a living couldn't install this without "burning up car computers" as they said, that it left doubts about thier technical ability.... The parts Department, I really liked the parts department people. One person in particular was very nice, and helpful. His name was Matt VanDyke. When I told him what I had to do, he understood and explained what he had to do for his Ford Focus that also didn't have a custom harness. He explained which parts to buy, and why. Because of him, I was able to hook up my Modulite protector and trailer lights easily. I also meet a man named Greg, when I purchased the trailer, who was nice. The finance department, I didn't find this person friendly, or mean. Sort of just bland. I was only with him for about 10 minutes. I do however appreciate that he didn't push me on extended warrantees and stuff, which I wouldn't have bought anyway, but he saved me from saying no. About the leak, The sink plumbing sprang a leak. I am wondering if the trailer was bought without a sink, and the dealer installed it. There are two reasons I say this. One, because if you look on the website, the Silver Shadows come with a round stainless steel sink. Mine has a square plastic sink. Two, it is like the trailer is built by two different groups. One group, built a quality trailer with details to the fit and finish of the cabinets and inside trim. The other did a really sloppy job of installing the sink plumbing... They sold me a large class c with mid matched tires which caused a blow out, leaving us stranded on the side of I84 E, a very dangerous highway, for 9 and a half hours. They must inspect for safety according to Maryland state law. We could have been killed! They need to be accountable before someone gets hurt. We have just returned from our third sales transaction on an RV from Beckleys, and we live over five hours away from the place! This should tell you something about the level of quality and service this RV business provides! Our initial contact this time around was with Matthew Arrington, who handles the Internet sales for Beckleys. They have an excellent website, very easy to navigate, and Matthew was available for chat as I browsed the site. We were looking for something bigger than our current trailer, and I had fallen in love with a big class A motor home on the site. Matthew answered my questions online in a timely manner, called as requested, and I got an Internet quote from him which was lower than the advertised price. I made an appointment to make the trip up to see it, and Matt paired me with sales person Mark Vaccarino. Mark met my friend and I on arrival at the sales center and was welcoming and hospitable. He showed me the unit I was interested in and capably demonstrated the features of the motor home. He was very patient with my questions and took us on a great test drive. He also found time to show my friend new travel trailers while still conducting other business. A week later my husband and I arrived back at Beckleys with our small trailer in tow. Sadly, when my husband went with Mark to look at the motor home, he was not in love with it and asked Mark if we could switch to something else. Mark was very gracious and swung into action again, escorting us all over the facility and showing us both new and used units that might meet our needs. His knowledge of the different brands and features of each was encyclopedic, and he was able to give us the information we needed to make an informed decision. Once we did so, Mark got to work getting the delivery prep team in action so we could take the new trailer home same day. Beckleys has a great showroom, and everyone there is so warm and friendly. Even our two dogs were made welcome by the staff and offered treats and water. The prep team did an amazing job and we so enjoyed talking with different folks as we waited for the trailer to be ready. Once again, as it got to be time to head down the road, Mark did an amazing walk through of our new unit with us, showing us how absolutely everything worked, giving us helpful tips, and insuring that we were 100% satisfied with our trailer. Mark also gave us important safety information about towing and hitch equipment. All in all, I really recommend Beckleys if you are in the market for ANY kind of RV, it's totally worth going even if it's a long trip for you. You WILL be happy, especially if you ask for Mark Vaccarino, we think he's just the best. We were very lucky to meet him. Their sales department is fantastic! Tim Fauble sold us our rv and was very efficient however the service department is horrible. They wont return your calls and dont want to fix anything major covered under warranty. Once they have your money they dont care. The service manager is rude and unhelpful so it doesnt even help to ask to speak with him. Our door broke and it took us a whole year to finally get a new one with alot of nagging on our part. My boyfriend and I purchased a brand new Camper from Beckley's in Thurmont in May 2020. The camper was taken directly to the Campground in Gettysburg. And has been there ever since. With in the first week of having our camper we found several problems. Small Thank God. A small screw that goes to the kitchen faucet was missing and the outside kitchen grill area the hose going to the propane tank is not long enough. We called the service department several times even sent pictures of our issues, talked to the service manager and was told they would ship us the parts. That was in May 2019 Never got our parts Or even a returned phone call back from our several left messeges. Now Here we are March 2021 and my very fairly new Camper is leaking water through one of our skylight in the Bathroom I called spoke to a lady in the service department told her about our previous problems and now also our leak. She assured me I would receive a call back that was on Monday March 29, 2021. Beware! We had been looking for a used travel trailer for about 2 yrs and came upon the one we wanted by chance at an open house at Beckleys. Our buying experience was pretty good . But once we got our RV home we realized a few things were missing that we had assumed were included with RV since they were on it when we where shown it . During the showing of the RV there was two batteries and it come home with only one . During the walk through I had asked about a spare tire and was told it didn't come with one. But once home we clearly saw the place on the back of the trailer that held a spare . Luckily we had taken several pictures on the 1st visit that showed the 2 batteries. We however didn't have any with the spare on back . After several weeks of back and forth with sales persons and many excuses we did finally get a 2nd battery. We didn't address the spare because we didn't have any pictures. As a first time RV buyer it was very disappointing to see this type of practice at a dealership. I'm not sure if it's typical but the moral of the story is take notes and pictures when buying a used RV here . That way at least you have proof . read more

Emailed parts dept. using their website and called twice to get a price for some common parts for my camper. Parts couldn't give me a quote over the phone, told me it might take 3 days to call me with prices. Never received this call (5 days have passed) never replied to original email (2 weeks have passed).... So I ordered the parts online from a different business myself and received them yesterday. Called the Pennsylvania Beckleys dealer and was told that the Nucamp t@b 400 was available to see at this Beckleys center. I drove an hour and a half to come look at it and they did not have it. As first impressions go, this was pretty awful. read more

I would not recommend Beckley's. I have emailed and responded to their survey and still have not received a call back for an issue I have with them. Poor customer service. read more

The service department there has been excellent, both in terms of advocating for us for warranty work with the manufacturer well as the quality of the work they performed. Our service advisor went so far as to call prior to going on vacation to make sure we knew what was happening, and that extra work under a recall was also performed while they had the trailer in the shop. Good work, good communications, why can't everybody do business this way? read more

Overall we were very happy with our experience at Beckley's! We took an older travel trailer in for some repairs, but found out the repairs were going to be more extensive than any of us thought. We were pretty discouraged, but decided we would consider looking at a newer, used model if they had any we liked. We were then connected to Greg Habina to discuss our options. I was pretty clear about size, options, layout, price, budget etc... and Greg was receptive to helping us find something. We exchanged some emails with links to used as well as some discounted new models. Several of them interested us so we went in to take a look and discuss our options. Greg took the time to go over his thoughts about what we were looking for as compared to ages of the kids - now much older than when we started camping years ago. He promised to only show us units that would keep us within our budget - and he did. Sure there are some great, expensive models out there, but we didn't want to see anything we honestly could not afford. We ended up choosing a new Starcraft bunkhouse model instead of a slightly used model that we really liked. It had some things we were not crazy about and was actually priced more than the new one. We took delivery last week and are very happy with the unit. The delivery day went well and was all arranged before we went back. It went very smoothly and we were in and out in no time. Everyone we encountered along the way was great. We purchased our first of 2 pop-up trailers from Beckley's over 23 years ago (apparently I have a really old customer number I was told the other day haha). I am sure we will be back in the future to trade and buy another new one. This unit was priced right compared to others just like it available elsewhere on the internet. Lastly, other dealers I have been to seem to have overpriced items in their parts stores, but the items we purchased that day were just as affordable as e-trailer or Amazon - and we walked out with them that day! Updated Review. Several weeks ago, I posted a less than favorable review of Beckley's. My opinion has completely changed. I purchased a pop-up camper working with a different salesman, Nick and, though my camper had several small issues, Beckley's has been extremely responsive and helpful. Perhaps most important, their prices are very competitive without hidden costs. A competitor not only offered a comparable camper at a significantly higher price, but then wanted to tack on another 25%+ for shipping, dealer prep., etc. Beckley's only charges for taxes, tags and any modification that must be made to your vehicle. Hundreds of dollars vs. thousands. Highly recommend you ask for Nick Wolf. read more

We purchased a 2014 Passport from Beckleys. While we had owned a couple of pop up campers in the past, we never had to deal with the whole water and sewer end of it. Then we met Paul - The AIRFORCE Guy! He showed us a few models and when we finally figured out the one we liked, Paul made it really easy to make the decision. We knew we had to find a place to keep it year round and he guided us to the perfect place. Not only did he provide us with a thorough e-book about RV care and maintenance, he also provides a cell phone # and EXPECTS us to call if we have questions. We spent our 1st night in our new camper last night, and as expected we had questions. Paul was able to stop by and confirm that everything was set up correctly and we were put at ease. Paul (The Air force Guy) is our guy for any RV purchases in the future! A word about the dealership in general. Nice friendly place, Gary the finance guy was very pleasant and tolerated my numerous questions. They were happy to deliver my Camper to our campsite and the guy that did it was a PRO!! I was that typical person that said "can we move it a few feet to the left? no right, no...maybe back further." He was a doll, helped us level and set up. Really made the difference for us to relax and be HAPPY with our new purchase!! read more

My senior citizen Mother and Father in law took their travel trailer there for service to fix a leak and to repair black tank valve. Afterwards they took the trailer to storage for the remainder of the year. The following year they took it camping and then realized the tank valve was never touched even though they paid for the repairs. They trusted this company to make the necessary repairs and never bothered to check this before placing it in storage. They tried to get them to correct this but were refused due to the length of time. Its pretty bad when they purchased this travel trailer from them and they thought they could trust this establishment to make repairs without having to physically check. Be very weary of making any purchases or having repairs made by them. read more
