Business needs improvement. The building needs some TLC & the campers need checking more often.

Better than average for sure. Would go back and at least see if the RVs are competitive.

First, our salesperson, Mike Dandenault, was excellent. He was professional, helpful, and never hesitated to track down answers when he didn't have them immediately. He was one of the bright spots in the process. Unfortunately, our interaction with Tony Mills in finance was the opposite. We were clear from the beginning that we did not need financing. Despite that, we were steered into his office anyway. He opened by asking, "I'm guessing you might have good credit?" followed by "I'll need your maiden name," even though we had already stated we weren't financing. When we repeated that we didn't need financing, he insisted he could "save us a lot of money." After declining again, he abruptly told us to leave his office. It was disrespectful and unnecessary. Things worsened when our trailer was damaged due to a storm. We were sent a photo of the dented fender. and asked for a full inspection (prior to our pickup date) for any unseen damage. Instead of reassurance, we received an email from Kelly Shanholtzer, the President, opening with "your reaction is over the top', along with additional photos and the admission that the trailer had not been chocked properly and rolled into another trailer during the storm. That response alone spoke volumes about how customer concerns are handled at the leadership level. On a positive note, Jess Bonhomme in Parts was outstanding. She was knowledgeable, respectful, and genuinely helped us make smart choices on accessories for our new trailer. We also are 2 weeks into owning our trailer and it has not been registered with the manufacturer, and no warranty information is yet available. On a positive note, the manufacturer (NuCamp) has been very helpful with following up on our warranty information. Overall, our advice to anyone considering Beckley's is simple: do your homework, visit other dealers, and proceed with caution if you choose to work with them.

Their dedication and professionalism were almost solely the reason we decided to move forward with our purchase, as our experience at the beginning wasn't ideal. When we arrived to pick up our camper, I noticed several issues that I had pointed out to the salesperson during our initial visit. He assured me these issues would be addressed before we drove almost three hours to pick up the unit. However, despite my attempts to call and text him prior to our arrival, I didn't hear back as he went on vacation without notifying us. Unfortunately, when we arrived, nothing had been done. That's when Brandy stepped in and took charge of the situation. She got the service team involved and made sure everything was addressed to our full satisfaction. I was honestly ready to walk away, but after seeing how much she genuinely cared about making things right, we decided to move forward with the purchase. After getting the unit home, we noticed two additional issues. Brandy was quick to respond, asking me to send pictures and assuring me she'd take care of it. Keystone RV Center is very fortunate to have these outstanding individuals like Brandy, Larry, Rodney, Garrett and Joe on their team. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly turned our experience around, and we're grateful for their hard work. I also want to give a special mention to Jennifer in Finance, who was amazing to work with. This was, hands down, the best purchase experience we've ever had. The lady at the front desk was a delight to speak to as well, and it was clear she loves her job and enjoys interacting with customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a unit. I would drive more than 3 hours (maybe 3 days) to do business with them again.

So there I was - after another provider cancelled my reservation at the last minute and Cruise America's website won't even let me book my trip date (because it's tomorrow). I was faced with every millennial's worst nightmare - I'd have to talk to a person on the phone. But, it basically ended up being the nicest convo I had all day. Morgan W was awesome. She was calling around, made deals, and just generally making things happen. She was also just so nice! Even though I'm just some random guy with a last minute problem she worked for like 30 min to facilitate (I could easily imagine an alternative universe where the rep is like: "dude, call back during regular business hours and don't wait till the last minute for things"). So - will the RV be nice? I hope so. Will pickup go smoothly? Fingers crossed. But, the customer service? Amazing. P.S. Cruise America Morgan W is a great rep! We had great online communication and the great communication continued when we were at the location. No pressure in the sales and he gave us a lot of good info. We took care of most of the paperwork online. Still spent a few hours at pickup :( Right now I think they did very well - which could go up or down. It seems we got the wrong keys. The remotes work but a day later when I tried the actual key it wasn't even close to working, so I think we have some mixed keys floating around. I know I should have checked at the dealer, but I haven't used an actual key in a vehicle for a bit. I am in the process of scheduling the protective coat process, so we will see how that goes. And I need to return a few things since the adapter and surge strip don't fit our Scope. Got a bit of bad advice in the store I guess. No biggy. I figured that after three years had passed, it had no where else to go but up, right?!? Wrong. The salesperson was fine, I suppose, but the finance guy was just an a$$, and I should have walked out because of him. Unfortunately for me, however, I didn't pay close enough attention to the numbers and what was actually being put onto the contract as it compared to what I had agreed to. Because of this, I overpaid dearly for the camper and know for a fact that they manipulated the numbers and ultimately overcharged me by $3,800 on the base price from what I had agreed to and what they posted on their website. Every time I look at the contract, I get pissed off all over again. I will never ever go to this location again - for as long as I live - and if you are brave enough to ignore the overall 2-star rating that this Camping World location has received, MAKE SURE YOU VERIFY EVERYTHING and document, document, document. They will look you right in your face and lie right to it.

Not only did they accept it, they didn't surprise me with one single hidden fee. Every single person we worked with, from parts, to service, to sales, was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. We had countless issues with our hometown mechanics prepping our vehicle to tow. The owner himself offered to deliver it so we wouldn't have to come back a third time. I have learned so much from my research and this experience, but the most important thing I learned was that there are still good, salt of the earth people out there, who want to uplift you more than make a buck off of you. It felt like a knowledgeable friend with decades of experience showed up in a fully stocked truck, ready for anything. We contacted him to replace a broken AC unit after an incident in a mislabeled parking garage. He finished that job so impressively fast (about an hour) and then went on to help us patch our roof (we hadn't even noticed the tears until he pointed them out), clean paint off our skylight, seal hidden roof leaks we never would've known about ourselves, inspect our propane system and appliances, install a new kitchen sink (with the perfect adapter already in his truck), remove an expired propane alarm (which we assumed was working) and taught us how to replace it. He also confirmed our generator was in great shape and gave us helpful advice for future upgrades to our camper. Throughout the visit, Matt explained what he was doing, why he was doing it, and which products he recommends, even showing us how to make future repairs on our own. He was efficient, friendly, and clearly passionate about his work, especially when installing our new Furrion Chill Cube, which he had studied in depth through recent specialized training.
