I was instead recommended a therapeutic massage with medium-to-firm pressure. Unfortunately, the pressure was very light and did not address any of the tension or knots I was hoping to work out. I regularly visit spas and have received Swedish massages that were significantly deeper. While Noel was pleasant, the massage simply did not meet my needs, and I left feeling unsatisfied. I was also surprised to learn at checkout that there was an additional charge to use the spa amenities. In my experience, amenities are typically included when booking a treatment. Had I known about the extra fee when I asked about amenities while booking, I could have made a more informed decision. The jacuzzi ended up being the best part of my visit, but I go to a spa primarily for the quality of the massage. Overall, I left feeling that the experience was not worth the cost, and I do not plan to return. I'm giving two stars because the front desk staff was friendly and the facility itself appeared clean and inviting.

The ambiance and overall vibe was very tranquil and calm. The facilities are clean and well-maintained and customer service was excellent. While the locker room area is slightly cramped, they have sufficient room to get ready and hair & skin products available for use after showering. The sauna was an added bonus! I had a 60-minute Swedish massage with an aromatherapy add-on and Muireall was my massage therapist. Muireall was wonderful and checked in frequently during the massage and catered the massage to my preferences. She burned my face with a kombucha face mask, didn't tell me anything of the services my husband booked for me because it was a surprised gift. I went in blind, disrespected, and then expected to pay over $650 dollars. I emailed her for the owners email but was ignored and probably wanted to hide her actions on a customer. I could tell she's not up to date in esthetician education, tired of her customer service job, and thought that customers should just take her neglect. I would stay away from this place, the owners do not know the severity of the service. Another elderly blonde lady. Supposedly the manager also ignored me and my emails.
