My friend and I came in for lashes and i got the " master lash tech" I pulled up inspo from AMAZING LASH STUDIO ROSEVILLE, and the master lash tech said she wasn't able to do it??? so why be a master tech if you can't even do the inspo your own salon has posted and recommend the clients to pick inspo from instagram?? I ended up settling for a classic set. Pro Texh said it was a hybrid.. i then went to folsom amazing lash to ask what she did on my eyes and she confirmed that what that tech did was a classic set. Not only that , the minute i got home 4 lash fans fell out and my lashes looked absolutely nothing like the inspo, incredibly rushed and lashes are not staying on. CRAZY FOR $194 .... I also asked this "pro lash tech" for my receipt because i was uncomfortable with the price and the result of my lashes. She said there was no receptionist and had to check me out herself, I asked for the receipt and she said she couldn't print it because the printer was down so I asked for an email and she said something was wrong with her system. Incredibly sketchy and i was refused my receipt.. ? As a client this is extremely disappointing and sketchy especially having hopes for a first time lash extension. This lash tech was not professional WHAT SO EVER service wise and profession wise. The vibe in the room was off , she wasn't welcoming and was trying to get it done as soon as possible, kept going on her phone and walking out of the room multiple times mid service. I also paid for my friend's lashes, again almost $200 and I was refused to receipt and I was told she would be done in 15 minutes and waited a whole hour without being updated. My friends lashes looked nothing like her info. She's incredibly disappointed. And her lashes are falling out already. this is extremely disappointing and won't recommend..

But, I just had to focus on finding a more quality one and here's why: 1. Every time I had my fill with her, I'd walk out of her business with burning eyes. I could not drive right away because my eyes would be super watery and hurt. The burning would last off and on for about a week. Clearly, she doesn't use quality glue. 2. When "cleaning up" my lashes, she would pinch my eyelid at least once causing me to tense up. It was so awful, I've never experienced this before. 3. She would rarely fill every lash as she only filled what she could in one hour maximum. Rarely, did my lashes look like a volume set. I felt like I was just a number to her, trying to fit as many clients as possible into her schedule in one day.
