We walked next store to the Nordstroms and were immediately greeted by an eager employee that listened to what my wife was looking for. She guided us through the choices and helped pick a few jeans to try on. My wife found the perfect pair. I don't know if anyone at Nordstroms will see this review, but Marcela was such a breath of fresh air, I plan to return to this store the next time I need some quality clothing.

Had a horrible experience at this store trying to get some alterations done to a dress. We had a…read morescheduled appointment to have measurements done but the alteration people were late in getting to us. When we were eventually seen to, we were treated in a condescending manner, then left to wait another 30 minutes. After the second wait, were we again very poorly treated by another employee. We were left with the impression that we were not good enough to be Nordstrom customers.

I picked up 3 boxes of the gate lol. Chocolate is my favorite because it's close to chocolate milk and doesn't taste too off. However, strawberry gives me a weird after taste. On a completely different topic, Costco is the go-to for cheap ice. Twenty pounds for $2!? No where can beat that when gas stations charge $7-$8, if not more, for a ten pound bag. Just sayin'.

I needed some black & white photos for an art show, so I went to the Walmart in the valley. Tammy…read moreprinted the 2 photos that I needed. 1 was black & white and the other one had a blue tint. Walmart only offers a gloss finish; however, I wanted matte. Therefore, I went to Walgreen's on the northside for a matte finish. Unfortunately, their photo printer only printed with a blue tint vs just black & white. Therefore, they refunded me my $. I then went to the Walmart on the northside because I got 1 black & white from them earlier. When I arrived, I told Nick in the photo dept what I had dealt with and that I wanted black & white "without" a blue tint. He printed my photos, put them in an envelope and rang them up. I paid and then pulled them out with the assumption that they would be black & white. They had the blue tint that I didn't want, nor did I see it on the computer screen. I told Nick that they had the blue tint that I didn't want, and he said; 'You much have chosen a filter." I told him that I didn't. He then offered to have me redo them with his help. While waiting forever for him I began the printing process again. I found where there are filters and 1 of the options is black & white which is what I then chose. I told him what I did. I then had to wait another 20 minutes because someone was printing over 700 pictures. When I got my second set of pictures, they were correct. He then charged me once again. Therefore, I paid twice and it took more than an hour. Neither of us were aware that even though you see a black & white picture on the screen you MUST chose the black & white filter for a fully black & white photo. I told the manager what occurred and that they should inform their customers and train their employees better.

Had she not found the driver license that I left there accidentally, I wouldn't of had time to get a replacement in time to catch a flight before Christmas. She literally saved Christmas for me and my family by taking time and effort to thoroughly look over the cashier station. It was under some bags . This store is very lucky to have her.

There was no one around to assist me and so I spent about 2 hours trying to find at least one suit. I was very surprised that the men's suit dept was in such a disarray. I decided to take my chances and go to Kohls online and order 3 suits and delivered to my home. Her shift was over but her replacement saved my potential purchases while I had a minor panic attack. The security people were wonderful but they could not find my purse! I left the mall without my car keys, my wallet, my glasses & my phone! I was very stressed out, but the next day my friend(s) & I went back, & as we were contemplating how to use the " find my phone" app, a woman walked toward us with my purse! It had been next to a display, hiding in plain sight! Anyway, kudos to Taimith for patiently helping me put on some makeup because I had run out the door with none. What a relief not to have to replace my I phone, my driver's license, etc.! Thanks to all the security staff at Penney's & also Kohl's who tried to help.
