The team checked everything out and told me how everything was. This time, it didn't seem like they checked anything. At the end I had to ask the guy to check the lights. He only checked the break lights. It felt like it was rushed...but it was not busy. I didn't feel as confident that my car was thoroughly checked.

I still have yet to get a call back from the store manager to discuss the matter. I had to call there several times during the time that my car was up there for the 14 days to get an update. You would think that they would have called me to give me updates about my vehicle.

This location used to be great. Our recent visit was not so good…read more We needed a tire replacement...oil change...and possibly a new battery. We requested that they test the battery to see if we needed a new one. Our appointment was at 4pm. They didn't even take our car until 5pm. They closed at 6:00. They fixed the tire...but it doesn't have a valve cap...it had one before. I'm not sure that they even did a oil change because there is no sticker in the window and the system wasn't reset. They don't do the battery because they thought we didn't want it. The car had to be jumped to get it into the shop. No communication about the status or what was actually done. We had to tell them to please put new battery in. The shop had closed but it needed to be done. They said we needed to come back. They finally did it. We won't be coming back to this location

Went to Firestone because my rear brakes were locked up they replaced the rear Rotors brake pads…read moreand calipers, but they didn't bleed the brakes. Almost had an accident driving home. It was at the end of closing for the store. Had to bring it back the next day. The dealership changed my oil and told me I had 2000 miles left on it prior to bring it there Firestone told me the oil was dirty and it was low. It was not. I felt they were trying to get me to pay for services that I did not need and Roger the store manager it's very argumentative. He's not nice for these reasons. I cannot recommend you using the store. They did fix my brakes after the second try incredibly inconvenience.
