It was an older man who assisted me and I did feel like I wasn't taken very seriously but whatever, I was just trying to find some trim to match my tile. Extremely poor service. I bought 12"x24" wall tiles for my shower. I did not look and picked up 3/8" metal trim instead of 1/2" trim. I went today try to exchange back to 1/2" trim. They refused to exchange the trims to the correct size. They said company policy for no exchange. They said my tile man can lift up the trim and let the thin set mortar be exposed along the edge. That's extremely poor attitude and poor customer service. Never go back to this store. read more

I had a fabulous experience at Bedrosians in Anaheim! Warehouse Manager Matt Hidalgo was very friendly and helpful. I had a unique situation I needed a solution to, and know very little about tile. Matt took the time to listen to us, answering all my questions. He offered really good ideas and suggestions, and helped us come up with the perfect solution. Besides the great customer service we received, their showroom and selection, and the way they display their products, is far better than any of the other places we went to. i would check the prices at Home Depot before ordering here. The tile I ordered here was $0.21 per SF less with free delivery from Home Depot. I found this out the day after I ordered my tile from Bedrosian. So I called Bedrosian to see if they will price match (and not even do the free shipping) and they said no. It is no wonder that people are moving away from businesses like Bedrosian and buying at Home Depot. If they won't even adjust their price by $0.21 it shows you that they just don't care and since I already paid for the tile they wanted to get everything they could out of me. Not thinking of repeat business. I am disappointed at closed-minded business people like this. One positive note is that the men who helped load my order were great. read more

We came to Bedrosians during a bathroom remodel. We visited three times because there were a lot of different design decisions and we were a bit indecisive. Every visit we got great service. The last time we visited we were helped by Iris. She was amazing and actually helped us make some decisions, guided us to where we could get one product they didn't have in stock, and generally was just incredibly patient and helpful. She was helpful without being pushy at all and we never felt like she was trying to upsell or take advantage of us. She even made sure we got our order fulfilled by the warehouse right after our purchase even though technically it was 5 minutes past when the warehouse closed. We will definitely be back again next time we have any stone or tile needs. read more

My reluctance was based on a visit to their website, where it did not appear they would have anything like what I was searching for. I am glad I stopped. The showroom is well layed out and easy to shop, and I found the staff helpful, too. They have a close out area in their warehouse. The customer service here is not great. I would say purchase somewhere else where the return policy does not charge you 25% restocking fee for purchased items within 24 hours. They're OK to make mistake by sending the wrong tile and then charge you if you order too many. Poor customer service is not gonna make your business grow. read more

Upon entering the store, I saw 3 ladies behind the counter chatting and on their phones. Completely disinterested in finding out what I was looking for, stating that what I wanted was not available. If you're looking to remodel, it's nice to come in and look at all the displays. This man who identified himself as the manager was really rude, got way too close during a pandemic and was did not wear proper PPE. We're still in a pandemic and you can't wear a mask to protect your customers bro? That's not cool. I was looking for something similar to what I found on Houzz and he was somewhat knowledgeable but he was really rude. He's very harsh. I was looking before I sent my contractor in and thought wow this guy is really a jerk. Who wants to deal with this man? Not I. I noticed he just walked away for a while from me. There was another person who tried to help me but he kept interrupting and I thought well you didn't care to help me before so why interrupt now? I think I'll go to another store instead. Purchased Bedrosians tile for a steam shower, and they said the tile was rated for a steam shower, but after a few years we noticed small cracks in the ceramic tile. It turns out the tile started crazing. I had the tile tested for crazing resistance by the Tile Council of North America, and all 5 tiles failed the test. I also had 2 independent inspectors come out to determine the cause of the crazing. Both agreed the issue arose due to bad tile Bedrosians sold me and not installation. Bedrosians said they won't do anything because we are outside of their 1-year warranty. Good tile that is rated for a steam shower should last way longer than 1 year. DO NOT trust Bedrosians. read more

It totally disappoints me to write this review because I like my tile, but I feel like everyone could benefit from my experience with Bedrosians. I purchased tile twice from the store, and while the salespeople were helpful, it went downhill after I got home. My tiler installed the tile, and while I was out for an hour, I came back to see that there were two solid white tile pieces that were one color on one half and another color on the other half. My tiler should have noticed this and didn't, so I had to have him pull out an entire section and redo it (for a cost, of course). When I called Bedrosians, the rep was kind, admitted it was a mistake and promised to get back to me. He called back to let me know that their production department doesn't take any responsibility once it's installed. Even he sounded surprised at their response. I get it, my tiler should have caught it, but no responsibility whatsoever? That's a lack of customer service. Basically, they could care less if you're unhappy once you leave the store, and they definitely don't care about retaining customers. What would have been the right response? An apology from their production department, a small reimbursement to show they mean it - frankly taking some responsibility and not leaving it to the poor sales rep to apologize for your mistake. So learn from MY mistake - break open all your boxes of tile in their parking lot when you leave and make sure to check each and every one for production mistakes since they obviously don't care once you leave. Or go shop at one of the many other stores in that area. read more

They're lay out is very helpful when it comes to getting ideas or just trying to find the right tile combination for your project. Carina helped us and was an absolute pleasure to work with. We never felt rushed, even though we were unsure of our design and color selections. We bought tile for our new additions both bathrooms and kitchen. Three weekend trips to Bedrosians and I feel like this was a second home... a bit of background, this is our first major remodel so we were looking for all things kitchen and bathroom. Our first salesperson was Tony. He was kind, patient, and gave his "Tile 101" crash course of what works, what doesn't and answered all those questions that first timers ask. He was great. In subsequent weekends he was busy with others and we got both Celeste and Jennifer. Although they joke they are sisters, they actually could be. We brought in everything we bought and they gave us their aesthetic and really helped us with our final choices... even on selecting the best grout for the room. Celeste and Jennifer went so far beyond expectations and after three weekends my wife and son said, "It's weird, we may never see them again" and they were honestly a little sad. That's a testament to their kindness, knowledge, and terrific sense of humor. Great product, great people, great experience. read more

THE ANAHEIM LOCATION SCAMMED ME OUT OF $800 - AND WHEN I CAUGHT THEM IN A LIE, THEY REFUSED TO REFUND OR EVEN RESPOND. This location sold me $800 of a left-facing shape of tile, that needs a right-facing shape of tile to complete the pattern and have the pieces fit together. They informed me they were all out of the right side, but a quick search online revealed that there were two other companies that sold the right side. They happily allowed me to place the order for the left through their store, which had it on clearance, and the right side from one of the other two companies that didn't have a sale going on. A few days later, I received an email from that other company saying that they were actually out of the right side and had to refund me. I then ordered from the second store that had it in stock, and the same thing happened. I quickly reached out to Bedrosians to cancel my order. A member of their team responded saying she was very sorry the other company had to cancel, but that it wasn't their fault. They shipped the tile already; I understood. So I reached out to both other companies, saying that because they list products they don't have, I ended up spending $800 on left tiles that I can't use. I asked them if they could help me at all. But I was very surprised when both of them called back to explain how they work; when they receive an order, they simply forward it to Bedrosians to fulfill. Which means that Bedrosians knew all along that if they were out of stock, then everyone was out of stock. Yet they allowed me to place the order anyway. I do not believe this was a simple miscommunication. If it was, when I reached back out, I think they would have been very apologetic and helped accommodate a return on the tile they sold me. Instead, not only did they refuse to refund me, they actually went as far as refusing to respond to me. So, I can only conclude that I've caught them in a lie. They realized they ran out of the right side, but wanted to make sure they had the opportunity to dump the thousands of dollars worth of their excess left tiles on their customers first. Worse, they placed their tile on clearance, to make sure it could never be returned. Be very wary of this dishonest company & location especially! read more

I purchased tile and grout from them as per my contractor suggestion. Contractor gave me required square footage and recommended I ask them for the number of boxes of grout I would need. As per Bedrosian recommendation I purchased 4 containers of grout. It turned out to be double what I needed. When I attempted to return two unused containers of grout, they would not take them back since it was beyond 30 days. There are many choices of Tile stores on College Blvd. I would recommend you drive by Bedrosian and purchase from another tile store that values the customer. read more

After purchasing over $5000 in stone from Bedrosians for my home project I had a few boxes of stone that was not used. I tried to take it back and I was told that they have a no return policy. So any savings I had by going to Bedrosians was lost on the material they would not take back. Most stores take back unused material and might charge a restocking fee but nope not these guys. You would be better off going to Home Depot or almost any other store at least if you have extra material you would be able to take it back. So disappointed in the policy and customer service of this place! 11/15 update: I don't know who the branch manager is and I certainly never had a discussion regarding the return policy so this reply is absolutely not true and I will never shop at Bedrosians again and I urge everyone to shop elsewhere as well. You will be much better off going to a store that will return your unused material even with a restocking fee! read more
