So we are in the process of picking out new floors for our home, I asked for referrals from friends and I was pointed in the direction of ProSource. I could not be happier with the hands on help and abundant variety of selection. I have narrowed our choices down with fantastic help from Rick and Joey. The have both shown me samples in the showroom educating me in best quality choices while keeping the cost in budget. Ricks personalized service includes returning phone calls promptly and gathering and holding samples for me to pick up. Nice staff, helpful. Pricing slabs of silestone countertops for the kitchen. They had same pricing as north coast (lowest) but my installer didn't want to deal with north coast. I went to pay for the material and I was charged a "service fee" which came to just over 7%. No one informed me there's a service fee. I found the process odd. The sales person on the floor who is awesome is not the person who orders the material it's someone at the front. The person in the front didn't return my call to confirm order which delayed my order, I had to track them down. I have no idea when the material is coming in/ being delivered. My order guy was supposed to call me the following day with that info and did not. I'm looking at a holiday weekend and trying to line up fabrication / installation. Big headache. Would've been easier and cheaper going thru north coast. read more

We purchased 2600 sq. ft. of laminated flooring from Pro Source. We only needed 2200 sq. ft. but were told we had to buy it all because it was discontinued. Additionally, the flooring has buckled and cracked. Pro Scource told us we had to hire a $400 floor inspection and if the damage was due to the product, they would reimburse us for the cost of the inspection. We hired an independent floor inspector from out of town for $500 as we did not want someone who worked for or knew employees at ProSource. The inspector asked where we purchased the flooring and when ProSource was mentioned, he stated he was friends with one of the employees. The inspector indicated it was the fault of the installer, and the installer claimed it was not his fault as he left a wide margin for expansion below all the baseboard areas. Two floor installers have stated it is the product that is flawed. The inspector incorrectly said the floor was not level but the contractor showed us that it was level. Another piece of the flooring has chipped away, and the inspector said that was "bad luck." Now, we are left with damaged flooring in three areas with no one accountable. read more

My praise for this store is long overdue! I first wandered in after the Tubbs fire, in search of replacement carpet for my smoke damaged home. My mind was on overload and even the simplest decision was difficult. Everyone at ProSouce was great but I worked the closest with Rick. He was amazingly patient, knowledgeable and thorough. It was like doing business "the way it used to be"... with honesty, and the feeling that my business was truly valued. This is the second time we have used Pro Source to purchase our flooring. We were very happy with our first purchase for our laminate flooring for our retail store and we obviously went back when we needed cork flooring for our home kitchen remodel. The day of our install we found out that there was an error in the item number, the little tag that that slips into a clear plastic envelope on the product sample. Apparently it must have been switched by accident and the material that showed up at our home that we special ordered two weeks out was the wrong color. I immediately contacted Lisa as I had the installer here and appliances and tile scheduled the following day. She apologized for the mistake and told me she would call me back ASAP. I received a call a few minutes later explaining that they were sending a van to San Rafael immediatley to pick up the product and our installer would be back later in the day to complete the install. It was a bummer to realize the honest mistake but it was so refreshing to have a company go out of there way to make it right. I later learned that it was one of the owners himself who drove down there to pick it up. Everything worked out and I know that it is rare trait these days for a company to go the extra step to right a wrong to make a customer happy. I would highly recommend ProSource and their team to anyone. We love both of our floors, business and home! read more

I get it, the name of the business says it all - this must be a place for professionals only. I'm just a lowly individual, trying to make some upgrades to my elderly mother's sad old kitchen so I guess they wouldn't be interested in my trade. But imagine my surprise when, after finding a particular quartz on their website that I liked, I called and the saleswoman invited me into the store for a closer look. I made an appointment, drove 30 minutes to get there, and the first thing she said to me was that the quartz I wanted to see was not one they keep in stock. Um... couldn't she have told me this over the phone, when I originally called and gave her the exact name and item number of the quartz I was interested in seeing? OK, I'm easy, I thought I'd take a look at the other items while I was there. In the meantime, the saleswoman told me she'd order a sample size of the quartz and have it sent to me, and also asked me to email her pictures of the sad old kitchen with the countertop dimensions. Great, I figured she was still interested in helping me. Only she wasn't. That all happened nearly a month ago and I've yet to receive the sample or get a reply to my email. If this is how "Pros" do business, I'm glad I'm an amateur. read more

These folks are amazing. Easy going, super helpful, on top of their game and they can get pretty much any flooring wholesale (10-40% cheaper than anywhere else). They have tons of samples too. They are fast, efficient and very communicative. We had Ashley through our bath and kitchen renovation for floors, marble, tile, hardwoods etc. She was our own personal guide and shopper at our disposal for every call and visit. Then we went to the Concord Prosource to get very nice, solid wood, special order cabinets for a great price. Much less than box stores, really fast, with major support and guidance. Made in the USA! We did much research & shopping around for wood floors and Prosource is by far the best price and they were helpful in providing contractors to do the install. My only complaint is not with Prosource but the contractor...do not use Cordoza Flooring!!! They installed approx. 1500 sq ft of beautiful hardwood. Two months later I notice the toilet is leaking beneath the hardwood, they did not seal it properly. We called Cowan at Cordoza Flooring who told us "that can't be I sealed it". Well, we pulled the toilet out, the wood is ruined beneath, and are now we are stuck trying to find and pay someone to fix his mess. He will not return our calls and will not honor his warranty. When he bid the job he said the work is warranty for 1 year. This apparently is just a bid gimmick because he will not honor it!!! read more

I was lucky enough to have Jarrod help me on a huge home improvement project. I was lost as far of what kind of stone I needed for different applications throughout the house, but Jarrod was right on. He introduced me to Bella Rosa Studios, which is a local company (I love that) and the stone we ended up chosing is just , breathtaking. Since the project I have learned so much about stone and the crap that people (home depot) sells and I am so happy that I chose what I did. Jarrod is now fitting all my windows with new blinds and I have turned my neighbors on to him. The prices were better than anywhere else and after going to the Bella Rosa Showroom, while they were fabulous, I felt I should buy through Pro Source.
