So I changed my 5 star to a 1 and the reason for that is when I got here I said I needed to get a full set for my daughter and a fix for me and the guy that's here told the other lady (mind you it's a Monday so I'm sure you know your employees) that he doesn't want to do my fix, that's fine don't do my fix but why tell me to wait if at the last minute your going to tell me you can't. Hailey who is off isn't here and I clearly know that but I'm here and need one nail fixed, I came here to try and stay loyal because of the owners knowing that mikes not here. I went here becuz of the great reviews but l was less then impressed with my nails the paint is uneven on some nails, some of the sides bow out considerably. However, everyone was friendly but some need a little more practice with technique. I feel nail places are getting a little out of control with their prices and this place is no different. read more

This is my third time here and will probably be my last. Walked in at the time they opened so that I had time to get back and pick up my kids from school at 12. Long story short if you don't have an appointment they don't care about having you wait around for a long time. Most of the employees are either working on customers with appointments or chatting around pretending the my are working. As soon as I got there I was seated, they started on my pedi but after she finished the girl said I had to wait for another person to do my mani because she didn't know how to take off my old full set. As I'm waiting, I witnessed a girl that was there right after I did get moved over to a different chair (let me mention they were already working on her nails) because a customer with an appointment showed up. They didn't apologize or anything they just moved her across and told her to wait a couple minutes. Poor girl waited for about 30 mins and still wasn't helped so she got up and left. I was there bouncing around from chair to chair, while the employees kept moving me around seats trying to convince me about getting a fill or gel nails when I explained over and over that I didn't want any long nails or gel. All I wanted was a mani and pedi, got there at 9:30 yesterday and walked out of there at 11:45 barely made it to pick up my kids from school. Pretty ridiculous for a simple mani and pedi. I should have walked out like the other girl did. Never again. Bad customer service! read more

Came in for the first time yesterday and the manicurist (don't know her name) was so rough with filing my acrylics that she cut my skin on 3 different fingers and later poured alcohol on them which stung like crazy. My first time here was horrible....one technician just flipped out in front of me and my 4 yr old little girl ..who knows about what...she was doing someone's nails and dropped or threw a bottle not sure. The lady said what the heck was that....then all of a sudden, after that she got up screaming and yelling pointing at the air...then stormed to back of store and grabbed a bottle of nail polish from desk and threw it at the wall screaming ...it went everywhere......and then started yelling and screaming more...I said screw this I'm out...took my baby girl and left....bad bad attitude in here!!!! I got there a little while after they opened. I was under time constraints and I was lucky enough that somebody was available to do my nails. I got a gel manicure. I don't get my nails done as often as I used to, this was the 2nd time this year, but I used to get it done every two weeks. So I know exactly what I want and how and I've looked forward to this since it barely happens. This lady, while really sweet, started cutting off my nails without asking me anything about size or shape. I grew them out so I could do oval shape. I stopped her after she cut my pinkie nail but now all other nails had to match that level. She couldn't even round the edges properly. Couple weeks later one nail chipped, followed by more. I'm sure she's great, I tipped her poorly and I felt bad but you can't just start cutting my nails without asking me anything. read more

Great Place!!! This was my first time coming to this place and I actually found this place on Yelp. I have my normal nail spot that I religiously go to but wanted to try something different. I've been to a few different nail salons, and I always wished for consistency. It's hard to find a place that I like because I'm really particular with things. So with that being said I had tried this place out a few weeks ago and really liked the staff and the way my nails looked. They also lasted a little longer for me which is unusual since I work a lot with my hands and boxes. I came back today because I have a wedding to go to and they made sure I was in and out within an hour and wanted to be sure I looked "beautiful" for tonight which was very sweet of them. Who messed up my acrylics, didnt put them on properly and they came off within the week. But I messaged them on instagram and they offered to fix them for free.
