I've been coming to this salon for a while now. I will never leave Ann. The is the perfect nail tech. I show her a picture and she recreates it. I now have my daughter and step daughter going to her. She is AMAZING!!! The vibe there is so relaxing. Their pedicures are to die for.

Me and my daughter came in as walk ins this was my first time here I wanted to treat myself and my 5year old to pedicures it was my daughters first professional pedicure and they were so sweet and comforting my daughter had just finished swimming so her eyes were burning from the pools chlorine and they kept asking her if she was ok if she needed water or candy they did her pedicure and added a design that turned out super cute my daughter and I we're absolutely in love with the service here we will definitely be coming back

I called Sunday morning to get a much needed pedicure. I walked in and was greeted and they sat me really quickly. I wanted a good old fashioned French pedicure and Van did an awesome job. Didn't hurt me at all. Gave me a good leg and foot massage and shaped my nails really well. My feet look and feel great. I will be back for sure.

This Nail salon is very clean. They are friendly, They are quality. Every time I go I leave with a nice gift from the manger ex lotion or lip gloss etc. they always offer me something to drink. Unfortunately, today I came in for a pedicure and I did NOT receive the great customer service I usually do. The regular manager that is usually there was not here and the staff on board was all talking in their language and making me feel uncomfortable and anxious and my pedicure was not done well like it usually is. I had to go over my request multiple times. I'm very disappointed and how I feel right now makes me not want to return. This is what made me change my review from 5 to 1 ---------------------- Update- The Manager came in after I called and turned everything around and the vibe in the room completely changed. It went from Chaotic to calm . The music came on, cold bottled waters were offered to all the customers and were all greeted and spoken to kindly. Great recovery and customer service. The shop is good for availability and great colors. It's a hit or Miss on a good nail technician that will pain your nails with no lumps, bumps, differences on each nail and reach all the edges and most importantly, paint to make it last without chipping within a few days!! You find a great nail technician your set for life!!!!

Overall experience was mid. Paint job was okay and pedicure was mediocre. I got the callus remover pedicure and a full set with gel. Pedicure was $37 and so full set was $60 because my total was $97. Not worth the money to me but everything is expensive these days. Wasn't that nice of a place and very outdated. I don't know the area as I'm visiting and chose this off the recent reviews. Your experience probably depends on the artist you get.

NEVER COMING BACK! I came in at 10 am to get a full set and pedicure, and was helped by a nail tech named LISA. While she was doing my nails not only was it PAINFULL but she also made me BLEED. I kept having to tell her what I wanted, and she would get frustrated. She didn't end up doing what i wanted and she told me it was good enough. I wasn't happy with how they came out, she was extremely rude, she was rough, and made me bleed, she also made me extremely uncomfortable. ONE OF MY NAILS WAS CROOKED! She refused to fix them anymore then she's already tried And she still wanted me to pay, I walked out to my car and was ATTACKED by LISA, she hit me in the face and attacked me, the other employees ran out and had to pull her off me. After they got her off of my i managed to get in my car and left. I'm so traumatized. I have a scratch on my face and a lump near my eye. Unsafe and unprofessional. This is a picture of what i asked for and what I've been here before and never had a problem like this, until this day. NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR SUCH SHITTY SERVICE. She was extremely rude, kept hurting me over and over making me bleed. She was not doing what i wanted, I even cried while she was doing my nails because of how painful and how ugly they were coming out. No matter what i said she continued to hurt me and make my nails look ugly. WORST NAIL SALON EVER Just read all the other 1 star reviews

COVID precautions: 1. Temperature checks 2. Plastic barriers 3. Masks recommended 4. Hand sanitizer is available everywhere I was very happy with the way my nails came out! I had my nails done somewhere else and I didn't like the way they looked so I was looking for someone to 'fix' them. And the technician sure did! I didn't get his name, but he did such a beautiful job. I don't have before pics because they were just... ugly. They also didn't try to charge me extra or add anything I didn't need.

I've been coming here for years but I'm sad to say this will be my last time. The gentleman who did my pedicure left gel nail polish on the cuticles and skin of my toes. I had to tell him multiple times to remove it. The attention to detail wasn't there. Very disappointed. Then I was very specific with what I wanted for my nails. I wanted very short, thin, and narrow for my natural look. The tech Trish did the opposite. I explained what I wanted but it seemed she wanted to do my nails they way she wanted vs what I asked for. She refused to remove the excessive glue under my nails. I've never had a hard time with services here, especially this us for my maternity photos. The services I received is no longer worth the convenience of the location. I called the business 3x and even left a voice-mail referencing this review, my name and my contact number as requested by the company. No returned phone call

I needed a fill and petty, the place I had my set done couldn't accommodate me. Bee Polished had good reviews and ask me to come by around 2PM. Let me say, hands down beyond pleased. Trish seated me right away and did an Amazing job on my fill and floored me with her petty and massage. The place is very clean and pleasant, I will be returning. I'm so HAPPY that I accidentally found this spot! So happy that the kids wanted ice cream and I just wanted my nails done lol My hubby made me an appointment and right when I walked in the lady was soo friendly and showed me the salons guidelines. I did respect the rules which were simple. I got a pedicure & full set and was happy with them! I will definitely make an appointment again!! I have been coming here for about a year. I will only do my nails with Trish. She is amazing, remembers what I like and what colors I gravitate towards. She also gets me out of my comfort zone and when she does I get more compliments. All nail technicians are great but I always schedule my appointments with Trish. My teenager daughter gets her nails with Viet who also does amazing work and definitely takes his time with my daughter's nails. If I could give zero stars I would. I'm leaving this review out of frustration with this establishment. This is my second time attempting to get a pedicure and am haggled into waiting for "10 minutes" which turns into upwards of a half hour and more. I decided to give them a second chance after a horrible first attempt which left me waiting for 45 minutes with no service done because I just couldn't wait anymore. I arrived promptly at 9:30 and was told it would be a 10 minute wait this morning. A half hour later, no pedicure and I left to another place that seated me right away. Will not be returning here. **Update to owners response** The lack of accountability is really sad. I was told it would be a 10 minute wait. I came in at 9:30am which is when this business opens. I stayed until after 10am with no communication from anyone who worked there that it would be longer, that technicians called out, or that appointments were overwhelming them. No one acknowledged me at all even when I was calling another nail place asking for wait time while sitting in this establishment. Please don't bully people who leave you constructive reviews. Instead, assess the concerns and work to make them better. read more

I've been going here for a few months now and HIGHLY recommend scheduling an appointment with Trish. Every time I leave the nail salon my nails are on point. I'm obsessed with this color (which surprisingly glows in the dark). I got a full set of acrylics which have lasted me for months and look brand new. I've brought my daughter here once before and they did a good job. Today she went in and had her nails done by a guy, and he did a horrible job. Looks like my daughter painted her nails by herself. She told him what she wanted and he didn't listen to her. She wanted the light pink powder and he did clear instead and then the color she picked out they told her to pick another color. Some nails are thicker than others and he did a shitty job cleaning them up in the back. I was in the car waiting for her and im very upset shitty job that we paid for their services!!! We will never come back again!!!!! To the owner! Thank you for replying but we were satisfied with the results of the other place helping her fix her nails up. Honestly I really tried to like this place but there were just a few things I really didn't like. My nail tech used the same files as she used on other people and put it away in the same container she just took it out from. The nail tech hurt me a lot. There was a ton of overlay of acrylic under my nails creating edges where things can get stuck or germs can get stuck. I had to go home and file underneath my own nails and it still didn't fix it right. The techs talked a lot with each other, and the set took almost 2 hours! I wanted to get a pedicure but I already spent so much time there I didn't want to spend another second. I ended up going to a different place to try for a pedi and was happy I did. Trish is awesome!!! I had my nails and pedicure done by her over a week ago. My nails were amazing then and still are amazing now. I let her know that I needed a bluish purple color and she found the exact gel color I needed. Trish cares about her work and will ask if you like them. She was very warm and she made sure I got exactly what I wanted. The shop is very clean and while I was there they had a young lady wiping down the chairs and booths. I appreciate what they have done in the shop to protect customers. I will be going back again!! read more

Respond to your reply: you're ignoring the whole point of my review: the poor quality of the service I received. Instead of finding excuses and trying to make every low rating reviews look bad, try to focus on improving your service so that people stop leaving these reviews. I do not "scorn" your service, I wrote down what I got so people who would like to learn about your service will know. I did gel removal at this place because my nails are too long and my regular nail place is closed this weekend. I also did a "hot wax" treatment. This is what I got. The price compared to other places is low, so I guess you get what you paid for. After the "wax" treatment, my leggings are cover by sticky wax pieces. They're really sticky and not getting off, so I kindly asked my manicurist if she knows how to get the wax off my clothing. She said, "I don't know, I don't work for laundromat." So after spending $30+ dollars here, I got uneven painted nail polish, my broken nails unsaved, and wax pieces all over my leggings. 1 star for the time she spent on me, 1 star for the low price. read more

I loveeeeee this place ladies. They really do take care of you and their technicians are reallly good. Tim and Sam especially; they do my nails. They have a wide variety of color, design and styles. Depending on what you like, I always get coffin nails and they last for a long long time almost a whole month actually. I prefer this because I honestly don't have time to go in all the time not even for a fill. The fact that they last through countless of dishes being washed every night is a huggge plus for this mom. I'm so happy to have found this nail salon. They welcomed my young daughter and I very quickly and made sure my daughter wasn't nervous with it being her first time to a nail salon (she's 8 and was a bit anxious). The service is great, the quality of the mail products are great, and they pay attention to details. My daughter was getting sleepy from the relaxing music playing that they gave her a pillow to rest on. Overall I highly recommend coming here to see for yourself and hopefully have a great experience like we did. A bonus is the shaved ice shop next door. Yummy! read more

I decided to give this place a try today because they are so close to me. I waited about 10 minutes before they saw me which was great. They have a lot of designs to choose from and lots of colors. The inside is nice and clean and the staff is very friendly. My only complaint is that the man (I didn't get his name) didn't give me the shape I wanted. I asked for coffin but my nails came out looking square. As I was watching him do it, he clipped off very little of the corners of the nails to make the "coffin" shape. I asked him to trim it more, he said okay, but didn't do it. The shape of my nails also came out inconsistently. Some of the edges are very square and some are rounded. 3 are very thick with acrylic and the rest are thin. I also have a weird bend in my middle finger nail (see picture) and pinky nail. I'm not very happy with how my nails came out but the atmosphere almost made up for it. I'll return in 2 weeks for a fill to give this place another shot. read more

I have gone here many times they are always welcoming and every nail tech does a great job they each have their specialty so they make sure to give you the best person to meet your needs...which brings me to Trish I switched to GelX nails and she is amazing and does a detailed job she makes my hands look perfect. Called this nail salon to make sure they weren't busy they said to come in that they weren't busy. When we got there they made us wait about 20 minutes then they sat us down on the spa chairs with our feet in water. As we were waiting they sat 3 other girls down with their feet in water as well and only had 3 girls working with someone while all 5 of us waited about 35 minutes with our feet in cold water. Finally someone came to do my pedi and kept stopping and going to work on someone else. They took almost 3 hours for a simple mani and pedi and to top it off our nails chipped less than an hour after getting them done. Would not recommend this place. read more

I came today to get a pedi. I usually get acrylic over lay on my big toe nail but today it had been months since I last had it off. I asked for it to be removed to which didn't happen she buffed it so when I noticed I told her again I wanted the acrylic removed. It was already passed half way grown out. The older lady charging proceeds to charge I show her the discount they offered me for my birthday because I come here... she didn't give me the lousy 10%. Was looking for a new place so it was my first time here and they did not disappoint. They gave me exactly what I wanted and took their time!! Went in a lil late at 6 and they close at 7 but did not rush at all.. I love how sweet they are as well, walked in and was seated very quickly. First time at this nail salon. I called 30 mins before close time as I needed a gel manicure and pedicure. Kim the owner was kind enough to see me in such short notice. This salon is super focused on the health and safety of their staff and clients. Face masks required and hand sanitizer is provided upon entry followed my covid-19 online waiver, and lastly temperature checked. Plastic partitions at manicure stations and portable partitions for pedicures. I felt comfortable and was welcomed with kindness and gratitude. I have a conference next week and I'm very embarrassed about these nails... (yes, they had me pay full price; mani and 2 pedis $108)

If I could give this a zero, I would. While the woman who did my manicure was sweet and did a great job, the woman who did my pedicure, Lisa, was terrible. First, I asked her to make sure to get the skin that grows underneath my big toe and makes it impacted because I was having pain. She proceeds to NOT do what I asked and when I repeated myself, she claimed that she had already done so, but I was still having pain in my toe. She completely rushed through my pedicure and was on her phone almost the entire time. And to top it all off, she did not use alcohol to clean up after herself and now I have an infected toe nail. Took my mother there for a full set and a pedi before her trip to San Diego.. She was MORE than pleased with the results. They had a large nail polish color selection, very clean pedi spas and they started right on time (we had an appt) and finished in just over an hour. The ONLY thing we would change, was that she left with a headache that she thinks were from the fumes. I wasnt bothered by them, but I also didn't stay for her entire appt. I usually go to another nail spot, but my lady was not available. Was in the neighborhood and found them. Vit did my nails with dipping powder and coffin shape. Usually when I go to a new shop, nail techs mess up on the dipping powder. But, not Vit! He took his time and nailed it. Also, Sam did a fill for my daughter and he did an amazing job as well.
