Cute little place to take children 10 and under. I went on a class trip with 3rd-5th graders and…read morethey made it work for them. They have a little play house and two little fun rides that most of the fifth graders stayed on. They had this one area that the adults enjoyed because it was a display of the entire area of NYC! It was really nice to look at and enjoyed with the third graders. They also had so many playful areas for the kids to participate in doing karaoke or playing with lego racing cars that they had to build on their own. They also had a cute little food area where we were able to sit and have lunch, third and fourth, while some fourth and fifth played. That's how we were all able to enjoy the experience of not much to do but explore, build and play. I personally think that a younger crowd would love to spend time here, I frequently saw smaller children here brought by babysitters or parents. Oh and can't forget, after exploring you can go to the area of where they have a store for making many different purchases of legos and other knickknacks. Also you could rent a private room for bday parties as well, they had a few. So my overall experience would be to give them a thumbs up! Happy Yelping!

The place was not packed so it was a blessing as the kiddos could do all the things without waiting. The ninjago thing is the same as before just the outside changed. Merlins apprentice is exactly the same The CINE is great but the movie is out of synch, water comes first then you see it. Cafe is good, prices are good, service is good. All of the team members we interacted with were very good, they were courteous and polite. Is it worth the $30 bucks. No. Flat out no. Get the yearly pass. You come 3x in 1 year and its paid for. Make the ninjago thing brighter so parents could see their kids Ps: I heard that at the entrance, what your kids make, they can take it home. Not sure tho.

About 40 game machines and only 2 broken. The employees looked happy and were doing their jobs and maintaining the equipment and restaurant clean. Food is $12 for a personal pie the size of a plate. And around $3 for a cup of soda which I hope is unlimited. Game machines are pretty much what others have, like centipede to fast and furious to ice hockey. Definitely will go again and I hope that the ratchet that visit the other location in the BX don't come here and ruin this one.

While my granddaughter loves visiting Chuckie Cheese if you visit this location you need to be extra watchful Due to huge parking lot outside the unmonitored doors. Chuckie Cheese heavily markets its "Kid Check" system so parents think it is a secure environment, but due to understaffing at this location they abandoned the "kid check" system on weekdays. During recent consecutive weekday visits, the entrance and exit security procedure was completely abandoned and unstaffed and when I asked a worker why no one was checking wristbands or stamping hands, they openly admitted that they do not run the safety protocols during the week because they are understaffed. I have been here on weekends too, and it is frequently skipped then as well. The extreme understaffing creates a massive safety hazard throughout the facility. On a separate visit, an employee monitoring the enclosed Padded Play Zone was openly violating the work floorcell phone ban. He was holding his phone up directly toward children each time they entered play area and on playing children in such a highly suspicious manner that another mother physically marched up and confronted him on the floor and asked him if he was recording or taking pictures of the children. This same employee was also engaging in overly lengthy, conversational personal dialogue with young children (including my granddaughter) instead of keeping a professional distance. When a store operates with one person doing the job of four people. Like this location where I observed 1 worker checking in visitors, handling the food, drink and icecresm orders as well as prize redemption for over 3 hours. One can clearly expect employee morale collapses, customer service disappears, and child safety boundary rules are completely compromised. I have filed formal complaints with Chuck E. Cheese Corporate Risk Management and the New York State Division of Consumer Protection. Do not rely on their advertised security protocols to keep your kids safe inside this store. This store happens to be situated in a mall with a huge outdoor parking lot so not watching those doors is not safe for kids So they should not market it as such.
