They have a little play house and two little fun rides that most of the fifth graders stayed on. They had this one area that the adults enjoyed because it was a display of the entire area of NYC! It was really nice to look at and enjoyed with the third graders. They also had so many playful areas for the kids to participate in doing karaoke or playing with lego racing cars that they had to build on their own. They also had a cute little food area where we were able to sit and have lunch, third and fourth, while some fourth and fifth played. That's how we were all able to enjoy the experience of not much to do but explore, build and play. I personally think that a younger crowd would love to spend time here, I frequently saw smaller children here brought by babysitters or parents. Oh and can't forget, after exploring you can go to the area of where they have a store for making many different purchases of legos and other knickknacks. This place is AWESOME!!…read more We had my son's 4th birthday party here. Coach Kenny and Coach Mike as well the the whole staff were great. The were super engaged and enthusiastic. We selected hockey and soccer as our sports. They broke the kids up into two groups and provided attention to all of them. It was extremely well organized. They kept all the kids' attention and knew each child by name within minutes. I heard only praise from all the parents I spoke to afterwards - it was one of the best parties they had ever been to. It is refreshing to see a place they take pride in their gym and genuinely want the kids to have a good time - few places are like this these days!!! This is truly a gem. I completely recommend Kids in Sports and look forward to more events with them.

Worst customer service I've experienced at "Influential Ice Cream"!…read more There's a reason this place was empty while Ralph's and Paleteria Fernandez had lines out the door. As a lifelong Westchester resident, my friends and I noticed this new ice cream shop after dinner and decided to check it out. As we walked by, an employee (a man wearing glasses) came outside and asked if we wanted to try some samples. At the time, the store was completely empty. Two of us went inside while the other three stayed outside. I mentioned, "My friends are just shy about trying new things." He immediately responded, "That's something r*tarded to say," and turned his back to me. Another employee then asked if I'd like to try a sample, but after being spoken to that way, I declined. My friend and I left without ordering and went to the ice cream shop down the street instead, where there was a line out the door. Customer service is what keeps people coming back, especially in Westchester. Everyone has bad days, but there's no excuse for speaking to a potential customer that way. I genuinely hope this employee learns to treat people with more respect, because no one should be made to feel unwelcome for simply walking into a business.
