They were super crispy and airy. A nice mix of sweet and savory from the cheese and cranberries. The onion rings were crunchy and tasty. I also enjoyed the blooming onion, which was basically a mini version of the famous one from Outback Steakhouse. The chipotle sauce on top of the onion added nice flavor. The veggie-licious burger was filling. The vegan cheese had nice texture and actually tasted like cheddar. I loved that they had so many options for toppings. I was disappointed the red velvet cake didn't have cream cheese frosting, but it was very moist and not too sweet. Overall, I was happy with the meal.

They serve the panini with chips, which is a nice little touch, but the chips had no flavor. I was a little bummed about that but it was no extra cost so, hey, it is what it is. There are so many other paninis on the menu that I'm willing to go back and try. On my list: The Rothman (a chicken cutlet AND Russian dressing? So in swoops I, Linguini, to save the day by reckoning the truth and wrecking the ideology of any haters. 3.5 stars isn't enough for this spot. A lovely interior in the heart of Scarsdale, a lovely town with lovely looking people. I showed up looking homeless and ashamed - The counterparts of the village looked esteemed, modelesque and disappointed in me. But the truth was... I was in a state of distress. The ham on my calf bone slightly peeled itself the night before and so I was hobbling around from the orthopedic to anywhere that would accept me. I begged for change to pay the lofty fee of my doctorial visit, but there were no takers. Maybe it was the oversized sweatpants or the oversized peacoat or the oversized boot of which I dragged through the streets... but nobody seemed to care for the ill-fallen Linguini. Nor, obviously, did I care for myself. Luckily my stomach ruled my mind and I found myself pressing up against the window of The Press, further glorifying myself as town Hobo. Anyways. I walked up to the counter without an order which is atypical of an abnormal man such as myself. I occasionally come unprepared to see how quick witted, decisive, accurate and successful I can be within seconds. This be the true test of a master. The Brisket stands up to delivery and doesn't dry out, the pulled pork / ribs / pork belly are all winners, and the Chicken and the Chicken wings hold their own against the traditional stars of barbecue. Lastly their Cornbread isn't a dried out puck rather it's moist and fluffy. We're ordering about once a week at this point because it's so good.
