Whether I was at their original spots or one of the newer outposts, you always knew what you were getting: high-quality chicken tenders and fries that hit the spot every time. Here's my "exit interview" for this location: The Food: Always good. For "just" chicken tenders, they really kept the quality high. The Service: Quick and efficient. While the staff could be a bit aloof at times, they always got the job done fast. The Vibe: I was pleasantly surprised when this specific location opened up--it was a great addition to the neighborhood. Sadly, this spot has gone the way of the Dodo. It's yet another casualty of the tough New York fast-food landscape, and it will definitely be missed. RIP to a real one. read more

Came here for a quick bite with a friend of mine and we were both flooded with how delicious the food was. Definitely some of the best friend chicken I've ever had (it's up there with Sweet Chick's fried chicken). They have a lot of odd flavor combinations that look weird on paper, but taste amazing. A perfect example of this is the Thai Fiesta. You'd never expect sweet and spicy to taste so good with Mac n Cheese sauce, yet it does. The Gener Tso's Poppers were fantastic, as was the Mushroom poppers. Great place to go for a quick lunch. And when I mean quick, I mean QUICK! Honestly did not have my hopes up high but was very very pleased with the food. My daughter got a chicken sandwich is served on Martin's potato rolls which is a huge plus, she said it was hot and chicken had a nice crisp. I have the poppers and also they were fresh and not soggy and had a crisp. The portion of the poppers are a nice size not these little things that other chicken places serve. After sitting thru a relatively corny movie just across at Showcase cinemas, I eagerly had a taste for chicken. Sure, I could've opted for KFC or Popeyes, but I wanted something new. I have been curious to try Sticky's, so I figured why not? I stopped in around 8:30pm on a Saturday night and things were calm. Only a few folks eating inside and the line was short. The ambiance seems to be that of a fast-casual restaurant. Their menu is focused mainly on their chicken strips however, they do sell chicken sandwiches, wraps, and chunks (known as poppers), as well as a plant-based option (mushroom poppers). Moreover, each of these options can be ordered traditionally (meaning fried in original seasoning) as well as tossed or dressed in a variety of sauces. Speaking of sauces, they have a nice variety for all of your dipping desires. I was indecisive on whether I wanted strips or poppers, so I asked the kind staff to help me. The person suggested I go with the 3 piece chicken finger combo with a side of fries and drink. For sauces, I decided on buttermilk ranch, cray sauce, and chipotle aioli. Please note, only 1 sauce is included. Additional sauce will cost you. My meal was up within a few minutes and I took it home to eat. The chicken fingers were great. It had a nice crunch to it and they were seasoned nicely without being salty. In addition, it seemed to be white meat and the juicy. The fries were subpar though, nothing special. I feel like I've had better fries at regular fast food joints like Popeyes, and when I was done, I wished I had ordered the classic fries instead. Among the sauces, the cray sauce, which is a Peruvian cilantro jalapeño sauce, was my favorite. It did not taste spicy but the cool, creaminess of it was great. I also liked the chipotle aioli but it was standard with what I'm used to, nothing distinctive. The buttermilk ranch was ok. I would not order it again as I've had better. Altogether, it was a good meal however, don't think 3 pieces was enough for me as I still felt a bit hungry afterwards. Maybe a 5 piece or more fries, would've given me the feeling of fullness. In terms of pricing, I paid about $15 which was a bit pricey but standard for this type of dining.. In terms of service, staff were kind and helpful. I had changed my mind between classic fries and Cajun, shortly after ordering and they made the adjustment without hassle. Overall, no issues. I would return and I recommend others as well. Sticky's is a fairly new hot spot in Yonkers. Super packed when I got in around early noon. The line was backed up to the door so I stepped out, did some shopping and went back. The people were very friendly but the service was kind of slow. Food: Spicy crunch chicken wrap 8.4 They loaded the wrap with chicken tenders and was completely satisfied. Didn't want to wait for Shake Shack so I walked on down a bit to Sticky's . As a connoisseur of Zaxby's I knew not to get my hopes up too high but. ..Sad face. Underwhelmed with the fingers. I feel bad for this shift manager. He is clearly the only one in the place who cares about the customers. I've been met at the front counter to order without a greeting multiple times now on different occasions. Even a simple hello, or what can I get for you is in order. I love their food but on the contrary, they've yet to give me untensils, asked if I want ketchup or actually anything beyond putting the order into the kiosk and handing it to me. I have left a tip every time but it doesn't matter to them clearly. I would only recommend if you only care about the food and have plenty of utensils, napkins, and sauces at home. This place I always thought had good nuggets, but it's always filthy. I only go because my 10 yr old likes them. The tables always have garbage on them and the concrete floors make it very un inviting to sit and eat there, not to mention the wobbly tables with napkins stuffed under the leg to "sturdy" them. read more

I've eaten from this restaurant a few times now and will say the chicken is pretty juicy and flavorful. I've gotten the fries, tenders, and wraps now at this point and each item is cooked well. They can get pretty busy but will still deliver your food pretty quick, which I appreciate! read more

I'm not big on chicken tenders but I did enjoy Sticky's. They've recently opened in Cross County and everyone was talking about it so I had to try it. The tenders were thick and well fried but what I really enjoyed were the fries. They were delicious!!!! I will admit it was a little pricey but I really didn't mind because it was so good. I first discovered Sticky's in Midtown where I pick up lunch sometimes with co-workers. Love their chicken and sauces! So I was super excited to find out there is a new location at Cross County Mall in Yonkers, which is very close to where I live. This new location is much bigger and nice to sit and eat. Their chicken is the best! Always tastes super fresh, crispy, and juicy. I also love their fries which go great with their honey mustard sauce. Oh! And they make the their own home-made juices onsite! Super yummy and refreshing. I will be going back. Worth checking it out! read more

The staff were very helpful since I was new and didn't rush me when I learned they didn't serve any chicken with a bone in it. The chicken tenders weren't over cooked but pretty good. I also ordered the nuggets n fries. When to this Finger Joint to try it out. I was going to the Mall also. So me and my sons ordered 12pc poppers, General chicken and I ordered the Bacon Wrap, plus 1 drink . Total $43. After 10 minutes we picked up the order, which was missing a dip. Sat down and ate. The Cajun fries were awesome. The Bacon chicken wrap was good just the sauce was very watery. I'm super picky when it comes to my food and especially chicken from outside places. I was originally going to sticky's in Manhattan that's where I first discovered them. Let me tell you! Food is amazing; from the chicken down to the fries. What's cool about this establishment is they have several options to choose from, down to the dipping sauce. I highly recommend to anyone who loves chicken. The only downside I have to this new location is they don't have the s'mores dipping sauce.
