After traveling all day our family stopped at a local ice cream shop called Beebees hoping to have a good time and settle in. Unfortunately our experience was anything but good. An employee named Jeanie (not sure if that's her real name or not) was extremely rude to us from the start, assuming because we had a big party of 8. After asking why the attitude she said "who the f*** are you talking to?" To our family. We also did not receive one of our orders and there was a hair in another. I would attach photos and if it was an option. Definitely the worst customer service experience I've ever had. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

This place used to be great. We've been coming to Marco for 8 years and this was always my go to for a coffee milkshake. On three different occasions I've asked for one and there's "no milk". How are you an ice cream store operating with no milk!? The service is terrible. Young girls, who could care less and barely pay attention when taking your order - like I said used to be great. Now we go to Sweet Annie's down the road, which is WAY better and they always have milk for their milkshakes. You can do better!!!! read more

No customers while we were there. 4-5 young ladies standing around behind the counter. Some may have been in training because they were practicing scooping the ice cream and dumping it back it the tubs. The whole thing looked unsanitary. Our server was strange lol, however, the ice cream was delicious. The floor was filthy and needed a good sweeping at least. The place needs attention, perhaps better supervision will help. Great local ice cream shop that is at a great location on Marco Island. There are lots of variety of flavors. I had the salty caramel peanut. It was good but a little different. The quantity of their selections rivals many other commercial ice cream shops like Baskin-Robbins but taste much fresher. Their ice cream cones also appear to be freshly made in-house. They tasted great. Also, the entire shop smells like fresh cones. The prices are a little higher than what you would expect, but I thought it was worth it. Also, there is a $10 minimum for debit/credit card purchases. Given the slightly higher prices, this minimum is easy to hit with (2) people. Since there was only one staff member working, there was a little wait but not too long. Overall, definitely a great place to go for a cold treat! read more

Don't try coming here within 2 hours of closing. We tried going last night (Saturday) at 9:20p and they were already closed. We thought it was just a slow night, so we took the loss and decided to go today instead (Sunday). I made sure to call to see when they were closing. They reassured me they'd be open until 10. I mentioned that they closed early last night, so I wanted to make sure that wouldn't happen again tonight. They said they'd for sure be there until 10, but sure enough, we arrived at 9:05 and they were already closed. We loved Beebe's and are very sad with these experiences. We hope they focus on their customer service before the season picks up. read more

We arrived at 9:50 and as my kids walked thru the door the server VERY rudely yelled they were closed. I love this place! We've been going here for as long as I can remember. We travel annually to Marco Island and this place just happens to be across the street from our condo. I love that it's all home made and the unique flavors they have. The only complaint I have is that they weren't requiring anyone to wear a mask inside their store and there didn't seem to be any enforcement of social distancing happening. The girls serving the ice cream had masks on, which I appreciated. If they just had a system with a queue in place asking for one family/group to come in at a time that would be much appreciated. I went only once this trip because of that. Hopefully next year we won't have to worry about masks and social distancing! read more

Great ice cream and convenient location to our condo on S Collier. I had a scoop of cookie dough on a chocolate dipped waffle cone. My wife had a cherry chocolate chip on the same waffle cone. Both were terrific. A little pricy at +$12 but well worth the trip on a vacation to Marco. The only turn off was that we arrived at 1:00pm and the doors were locked. At 1:10pm help inside but doors still locked. Finally opened doors at 1:15pm. This was on Tuesday 5/29. Employee friendly. read more

Ok so I am obsessed with Coconut and I have never even heard of toasted coconut ice cream but Beebe's had it and OH MY GAWD MY LIFE WILL NEVER BE THE SAME!!! It is simply the best ice cream I have EVER had. It was sweet and textured with coconut flakes and just had fantastic flavor. I'm sad I don't live closer. Stopped here after losing a bet on mini golf (loser buys ice cream). The winner had a banana crunch sundae and said it was amazing. I had a dip of cake batter in a waffle cone. The ice cream itself was very creamy and tasty but I wasn't a fan of the big hunks of actual cake in it. Most of their flavors seem to be combos, very few plain varieties. It seems more like premade Blizzards than just ice cream. Not really into that personally. The store appears old and worn too.
